My existing subscription is essentially…
My existing subscription is essentially canceled and I was not alerted to this happening. Then I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why I couldn't set up another subscription for protein.
End result is I wasted a lot of time and had to pay more for a non subscription purchase.

Thick and sweet even with water
The protein shake is thick even in water. I’m worried if the label and ingridients are correct? Since its sweeter and thicker. i wouldn’t buy again. They need to confirm this.

Mobile Discount Bug
i found the website from TPATH on my PC then i saw that i can get an additional 5% off on the app so i download the app on my phone and it still tries to get me to download the app even thought i'm on the mobile app.
there should be a way for it to detect that im on my phone so it doesn't keep suggesting that
besides that, the price is a little high but the discounts help a bit

Both of my subscriptions have been…
Both of my subscriptions have been stopped. I was only told about the 'chocolate' flavor via email but my unflavoured subscription still hasn't been shipped. I reached out to customer service and they weren't very helpful and it always takes at least a day to get back to me.
I tried to change my flavor to get a my protein but the tabs didn't work correctly on the website. Because i am running out of protein i cancelled one of my current subscriptions 'chocolate' and tried to restart my subscription but was only allowed a to do 'quick buy' I couldn't navigate the website to start a subscription so i simply bought a one time order.
I am still waiting to see what happens with the unflavoured subscription it just keeps pushing back the day for payment.
If this isn't sorted soon the purchase i just made will be my last one with myprotein unfortunately. I have been a customer for around 12/13 years.
I simply wanted my subscription continuing as normal and am willing to change the flavor.

Check out was a mess. I tried using my HSA it took the payment 3 times but still said I had a balance. I then entered my husbands fsa and the whole balance was taken. Will my fsa be refunded?
