Its saying my item has been delivered…

Its saying my item has been delivered but I never received it. I had the tracking info on, it showed it had been received at JFK airport. Then it jumped to where it was delivered. Now I am unable to track it at all.

Great company, product and Customer service

This company had so many beautiful products and such detailed descriptions it made shopping fun. Prices were very fair, delivery quick and safely received. They included a gift with order and each item was packed with such detailed descriptions they were all perfect to have given out as gifts, but these were all for me. Next purchase will include both.

Lastly, they replied to my trustpilot complaint that I should reach out to their customer support team, tried calling both their phone numbers, but, recording says, "not a working number".

You need to stop sending people fake 925 silver it changed color on me so I threw it away
