Customer service is useless

I ordered twice from their website. Products look good, as advertised, it is early to tell how lasting they are. But due to the experience with Customer service both times, I will not buy their stuff anymore.
The first time I ordered 4 items, and 2 gift packaging. I only received one gift package. Contacted Customer service, they said they would send another one and it never arrived.
The second time is partially my mistake, but the fix would be very easy if there was any will to help customers. I ordered a bracelet with the clasp engraved. As soon as I ordered, I realized that I would need longer chain. The chain is not engraved, and it could be easily replaced. I contacted them right away by email, got response a few days later with just generic answer I could already see on their website. When I received the bracelet, I tried chat help, but just got the same answer, no replacements for engraved jewelry.

I have ben using them for about 5…

I have ben using them for about 5 years. seamless everything. his year, my sister and i, put in and got something large for mom. took quite a while to be charged and then shipped and it as feeling late in dec. for all that. but the box finally came. that is, the outer shipping box, and he 5 dollar wrapping box i paid 5$ for but no the necklace. weird answers in CS and an untraceable email saying they are are shipping i but the numbers cant be confirmed. what happened?

Broken Systems, Zero Accountability – Entire Pandora Group Failed Me

I’ve officially lost faith in Pandora—not just in their product quality, but in their entire system, from in-store service to corporate customer care.

I brought a bracelet to a Pandora retail store for repair. They returned it to me unrepaired, without explanation—even though it was still under warranty. I also had a second bracelet that discolored with minimal wear. I emailed full documentation twice in May 2025—ignored.

I followed up professionally. On July 3, 2025, I submitted an escalation with a clear ask: replace the items (which they offered via gift card) and issue an additional $150 goodwill credit due to the time lost, emotional impact, and poor handling.

I was met with silence. For over 10 days, no one responded—until I filed a BBB complaint. Suddenly Pandora replied—not to resolve the issue, but to close the case and shift blame. They ignored everything I outlined and tried to make it seem like I failed to follow through, even though I clearly stated I would not send anything until my escalation was addressed.

This isn’t just one mistake. This is multiple failures across multiple departments, with no accountability, no ownership, and no apology.

For a brand that claims to care about meaningful moments and customer trust, Pandora showed me the opposite. I’ve spent time, money, and emotional energy trying to resolve something that should’ve been handled right the first time.

Do better.

I had an amazing experience @ pandora…

I had an amazing experience @ pandora in the Yonkers mall on central Avenue, all of the staff were great, but the one that came through was Lisa Marie she help with the exchange with the bracelet's I had ordered on line because the safety latch was incorrect for the style of the bracelets I ordered, they were exchanged for the correct ones I had purchased for my niece and daughter, then she ask me who were they for & help decide which one should go to them, the best part she took her time with me & set up both of the bracelets. Lisa Marie was awesome 💯

I decided not to buy jewelry here anymore

I often bought jewelry here. Over time, I noticed that the jewelry was turning black very quickly, both the ones I was wearing and the ones that were just sitting in the box. In addition, all 3 pieces of jewelry have very weak clasps. My earrings repeatedly fell off because I was taking off my clothes or fixing my hair behind my ear, and the bracelet came off just like that on the go without any action on it, and it happened more than once. I decided not to buy jewelry here anymore, although my mom has several bracelets and is very happy with them.

STAY AWAY from these crooks

Ordered on December 28, 2022. Paid for next day shipping. Pandora guarantee says that if you order by 1PM order will be delivered next day. Today is December 30, 2022. Pandora still hasn't even mailed out the item yet. So my occasion is ruined as there are no gifts. I cant go to the party as i cant go empty handed. I contacted customer service (the apology department apparently) and i was told all they can do is take the expedited shipping charges off. Bu they are so very sorry. As if i can take their being sorry to the party instead of the items i bought. Customer service i did not receive. only apologies. And they also said any refund would take 7-15 business days. Which should be illegal. When you order they take your money instantly, but then when they screw up you have to have your money tied up to their system for over 2 weeks. What a joke of a company. Never again. I hope they get to experience what they put me through and an occasion of theirs get screwed up like they screwed up mien. Disgusting company. I wish there was a negative number of stars to leave a review.

Pandora lies to its customers, not worthed products

Pandora offers products to prospective customers, lures them to purchase them and then don't keep its promises. It lies. It deliberately and knowing hides information and deliberately and knowing sabotages any attempt by the customer to receive what Pandora has promised! It's a despicable behavior.

One example: I ordered an item online on Pandora ONLY because they offered 10% Welcome Offer after signing up for the Pandora club. I expected to receive the refund but never did. During order pick up at the store, they told me I had to contact customer service online to get the 10% off since it was an online order. I did. Customer service told me a manager would provide a refund within 2 days. Never did.

If you need a trusted jewelry partner, that's NOT Pandora. The product may be okay-ish but why does it matter when the whole treatment from order to receiving it is broken! They don't even put effort to provide sufficient documentation about its certification and validity - just some general flier with general terms. You overpay for questionable quality.

I've lost more time dealing with Pandora, their lies and their products than the cost of the products themselves. In fact, the time I've lost is equivalent to an hourly rate that is an order of magnitude higher than the cost of the products! It's clear I'm posting here on the basis of principle rather than to gain any (promised but unkept) financial benefit. What is right is right and we cannot let companies like Pandora take advantage of its customers regardless of our costs!

Following the posting of this review, I'll file claims with customer and financial regulatory agencies on state and federal levels.

Buyer Beware

I purchased a set of rings on pandoras website the week before Mother’s Day as a gift for myself. When they arrived (in two boxes) they were not at all as I expected so I immediately returned them in the boxes they arrived in with the return labels included.

It wasn’t too terribly long between receipt of the returned items that the refund was process but it was only a partial refund. I purchased thru Afterpay and now it says I still owe 106.00 for items that weren’t even in my possession 48 hours. I’ve been trying to get them to correct this for days now and it’s probably one of the most difficult companies to get in touch with.

The customer service is only available thru their “chatbot” and when I enter my order number it clearly shows they received my full order back yet the didn’t process my entire refund. Since it’s a holiday there’s no chat online which is fine but they don’t offer a spot to send an email regarding your issue. Now I have to wait another day and it’s looming closer and closer to my next payment day. A payment for items I returned immediately.

Buyer beware. I will NEVER buy from them again. They are untrustworthy and once they have your money they could care less about your issues.

I have contacted you once already regarding my order. You sent me two charms that are so small they are unrecognizable to the human eye.I ordered a Cable chain necklace Item # ### from location PD-013-05-F, ORDER ######. You're blatant disregard for correcting this issue is infuriating. I am sure this is a fake website and you have ripped off thousands if not hundreds of thousands of consumers. I expect my necklace to be sent to me as I have PAID IN FULL FOR MY PURCHASE!!!!! I will definitely be reporting you to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! hOW DARE YOU! My purchase was $40.50. I will take a check or my NECKLACE that I ordered!!

Pandora jewelry is worse than a pyramid scheme.i will remove this review providing they refund my sister.

My sister who lives in Florida bought me a $600 bracelet at Pandora Jewelry in Toledo Ohio.

I do not like jewelry and asked her if I could return it. She said either get cash or refund original form of payment. I brought in the jewelry within the 14 return period with the receipt.

They refused to give me cash and they said she would have to come in person from Florida with the card she used in order to get it back on her card.

Neither one of use was informed in writing or verbally of these deceptive terms.
