The customer service is amazing and the …

The customer service is amazing and the products are exactly what the website says or else they will refund your money. The products I have bought from them were fully functional. I had only one issue, I bought a 16gb stick of ram and they sent me an 8GB stick, I contacted them and they sent me a shipping label, which I printed an mailed the ram stick back along with a letter explaining what the issue was aND how I would like to resolve the issue, either with a refund or replacement.

Late shipping Sold mean item they did not have

The online order was not shipped for 3 biz days - when it arrived it was the wrong item. They sold me an item that was not in stock and I had to return it for a refund. BAD experience

I love this store I've started to buy …

I love this store I've started to buy all my phones and games systems there at deerbrook mall. The customer service is amazing and the workers at deerbrook are awesome they have a great team. I really recommend this to anyone out there. Best store ever made great job!

Everything was a good price except for …

Everything was a good price except for the $1.90 shipping charge per DVD. It increased my total tremendously and I actually removed some DVDs from my cart to lower the total before fully purchasing.

Untrustworthy Vendor

I bought Super Mario Bros 2 on the Nintendo 3ds. Advertised as NEW and ended up sending a USED copy. Untrustworthy.

We didn't advertise that the game was new, it's just the name of the game. It's Nintendo's naming scheme, just like the 2nd edition of the 3DS. "New" Nintendo 3DS.

My item was very dirty

My item took a week to come in , and when I received my product it was very dirty. The microphone had lots of dirt on the cords and the microphone. The pop filter had 3 stains and was very dirty. I was highly disappointed with my product.

Before purchasing, we book in all products for testing. Our purchasing process includes testing followed by grading of the product. We again check the item before it is dispatched to the customer to make sure it is working normally and in good condition, however sorry that this was overlooked in your case.

Please note, once the order is processed delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. However, we request that customers allow 14 days for delivery as missing items are usually found and delivered within this period.

I did have a problem with the …

I did have a problem with the headphones I purchased. Simply put: 'Dem bad boys is busted. That's bad. Here comes the good. So far, the response has been excellent in regards to fixing the problem. This fix is still in the works. I'm still in the middle of the transaction but as far as I can tell, all is well. There will always be the potential for problems to arise when purchasing online or old school retail. It's how these issues are handled that make a difference. So far these guys and gals get a big thumbs up! Still wish the headphones worked in the first place though. Ah well, such is life.

Only prob. I had & CEX is actually not at fault for this is the delayed estimate delivery date from UPSP for a few days. Besides that, everything is in good condition, fast shipping nevertheless

Create Different Listing For Ram

Webuy offers very good prices for there products. The only complaint I have is that the computer memory (Ram) is mixed when buying. When ever I buy Ram I take a gamble of either getting non ECC memory or ECC memory. ECC and Non ECC memory cannot be used by all systems and cab not work together. I suggest creating different ads for ECC memory and non ECC. It will make people like me more likely to buy from you. Thank You

Cex you've gained a new regular customer

Was unsure of CEX at first, but gave them a shot and i couldnt be happier ordered 3 items from them. Paid a single shipping charge and recieved each item individually. will deffinitley be purchasing from them again in the future
