I initially started my process Feb 5th 2026, and got charged immediately for a little over $300. My LLC changed to "FILED" on Feb 24th, I check with the Secretary of State and they in fact DO NOT have it filed. Reached out to the company for answers... They're e-mail only and Its April 17th now and i have NOT heard back from support. Safe to say this is a terrible experience and very discouraging for business journeys. I do not recommend using this service.

This company deserves a 0 star.It doesn't deserve any rating.This company should be banned and shut down. They are a rip off the charged me 199$ to file an l l c that they have not even filed yet. And then tried to charge me for other services.The next day services that I never asked for or approved and kept trying to charge my credit card without my approval. 0 customer service to talk too or communicate with. They hide behind there email system , or the answering message machine.

I would give 0 star if I could. Basically the closest you can get to a scam. Hidden fees, no customer service, trap you into paying for services that never come and can’t refund. DO NOT USE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE. Horrible company and should be disbanded.

They tried to charge my card for 200 after I paid 250 to start and llc, my bank caught it and declined it, and they tried again. This company will scam you, do not use them. also half theyre services are completely free at the irs website.

8 business days to submit my application to the state, and another 8 business days for the state to approve it. Another 2 business days before their website updates the information. On the cheapest service to get an llc they advertise 149 but you end up paying 304 dollars. If you just go on the secretary of state website and do it directly it costs 249 and you get your llc in a day. They rob you, cost you insane amounts of time, their communication takes literally 1 week to reply to a question. 7 days literally! I follow up that reply on 3-8 and I have yet to get a reply from them on 3-16. Worst money spent ever, biggest regret ever. Avoid at all costs!

It's a third-party scam to file your LLC. I was misdirected, believing it to be a government website. I have tried multiple times to call them and email them and I have not heard back. They charge an insane amount for what you can do yourself.

A complete scam. I actually thought I was registering on the State of Georgia website for an LLC. And apparently, for suckers who do not know the difference, they charged $450 for what the Georgia Secretary of State website charges $150 for. But I was sucked in by the fact that they claim to be able to “rush“ getting an LLC approved in one business day. However, all they end up doing is filing for the name, which is something that an individual can do by themselves on the Secretary of State website for $150 as opposed to $450. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Lesson learned..
