I’m super thankful for this company. I had an issue with the battery and it turns out the port had a crack! although I don’t remember dropping it or how this happened they have replaced it with a Daysy 2.0 and I am beyond grateful. They have extremely prompt responses to emails and I cannot wait to get on track with Daysy !!

I sent in my daysy because it started to crack near the port. I quickly received an email from daysy instructing me how to send in my daysy to be evaluated. Overall the process only took a week! My daysy was covered by the warranty. They send me a new daysy 2.0 with my temps/ Menstruation already programmed into it. Everyone was so helpful!

I recently had a problem with my Daysy battery failing to connect and got an error message on the app telling me to contact Daysy customer service to resolve the issue. Long story short, they got back to me with instructions on shipping my Daysy to them, then determined it was still under warranty and sent me a new Daysy after transferring all of my data to it. Amazing. They truly went the extra mile to help me out. I wish all customer service was this fantastic!

This is not an accurate way to check your fertility. I have been doing at the same time my basal temperature with the daysy thermometer and another £3 thermometer I bought in a pharmacy and both give me the same temperature every morning. Plus, daysy views just gives me an approximation of my ovulation time or fertility window as if I was an average person.
I do have regular cycles of more than 28 days and less than 31.
My fertile period is much earlier than what the app shows (which is an average approximation which any other free application could give you). It didn't even change when I added my cervical fluids which are out of the fertile window the app Daysy Views provides.
Honestly not worthy. Just get clear blue ovulation tests and detect your fertility peak. And complete information in any other free app regarding your temperature every morning taken with a normal £3 thermometer, check your cervical fluids and that's all. £299 for a thermometer and an application which does not take into consideration your personal data is not worthy

I have used Daysy for the past two years in addition to fertility awareness method. Daysy has given me the piece of mind that allowed me to make the transition from hormonal birth control to a natural way of tracking my fertility. Additionally, the customer service department is excellent! I have reach out to customer service on a few occasions, they have been quick to respond and always have a solution. Highly recommend this product!

Catalina and Richard went above and beyond in helping me after I unfortunately dropped and cracked Daysy! Catalina accommodated with looking up my original purchase and getting me over the instructions on mailing back Daysy to see if she was under warranty. Luckily for me she was ; ) Richard assisted in getting my new Daysy synced with my old data and getting it mailed back to me. The whole experience was very professional and I am so thankful for the assistance they both provided me!

I’m loving the daysy so far. The only con I have is that it seems my cap/cover that goes over the thermometer is very loose. Sometimes I’ll pick it up and the cap just falls off. Is this a common issue for anyone else?
