In April, I purchased several items through Amazon, and all were successfully delivered to USaddress. A day later, I paid for shipping by DHL. That is when the problems started. This company has been holding by items for almost three months, with very cagey responses to 'DHL issues'.

I have always used this company to send my packages but currently I steel experiencing a terrible situation.

The company says it is having a technical problem with DHL and that it will be resolved soon. But unfortunately we have been in this situation for almost 2 months. They gave me the alternative of sending the package to another address within the USA.

I provided the new address and was asked for a "PREPAID shipping label" and I don't think it makes sense, since I'm not in American territory.

Fraud, appeared as usps & charged $179 towards debit card for change of address, the charge reads CHANGE USPS on the bank transaction. If you're a legitimate business, follow up with customer requests for contact & issue a refund. You're responding online & not with customers. I do not want the service for customer Houston dated 7/8/2024 for $179.79 -cancel the transaction, please. Clearly, it's fraudulent, you have not reversed the charges.

Used for several years sending at least a a package or 2 per month. Now facing an issue, i paid a shipping in April and package was never shipped.

Always replying that the issue with dhl will be fixed by almost 2 months now.

It seems is moving from legit to scam.

I have used usaddress.com several times, all went well until the last (indeed last) time:
my package was reported as received in the NJ center, i paid for re-shipment soon after.
16 days later the package is still in the warehouse due to "technical issus with DHL"
Several emails were sent to the service department, but most remained un answered and no shipment or refund has been made.
it seems financial issues are burdening the company, i advise finding another re-shipping agent.

I wrote here before a good comment on them as at first time I received it fast through DHL, this time they claimed they have an issue with DHL, I've contacted DHL and they didn't know about any issue as Usaddress described!! It's been already almost 2 months since I paid them to receive it in 4 days and nothing!!....they didn't even send me a respecting email which informs me about the problem and the delay, you don't even see a warning that there is a problem and a delay before you pay them, only after!!...They communicated with me only on facebook and at first they were very nice, explaining, smiling, asking me to leave a good comment and I did cause first time I did receive a good service and they charged me with 10$ for that, but the more time over and the package isn't here their answers on facebook as to where my package is became more and more monotonic and not full answers, just putting me on air as to where my package is. They didn't update the status of the package on their website to shipped...but they said it did....they didn't provide me any proof it's on it's way to my country, no tracking number...nothing...
They told me they found a solution and sent it in a different way other than DHL and it has arrived to my country in a Delta flight on June 9th which is almost a month ago and every week they say it will release from customs clearance and arrive to their office (Ushops in Israel) and from there they'll deliver it to each one individually. But a week after a week it's not and every week they provide me with same answer and don't give me any proof as to where my package really is. They said they sent it as a bulk with more packages of more people from Israel, but no proof, no tracking number, they don't show what they based their information on telling me it's in a proces of release from customs clearance. They are simply scammers and it's all too fishy at this moment so stay awayyyy from them ! ! ! Took me months finding online and ordering what I wanted and 2 months of waiting and being on air waiting for it to arrive and it will take more few months finding the items I wanted again and get it somehow and of course pay about it all again...Just stay away from those scammers!! Avoid!!!
I really wish I am wrong and I will receive my package and if so I will change my comment here to a better one, but by far there's a 0% trust in them so stay away!

This is supposed to be a secure way of getting packages. Its not. I had a package from Apple delivered and signed for - USAddress.com claim it never arrived despite signed for proof. Look at other reviews of this company - seems that Apple products are their favorite to steal. This is a fraud company stealing what they want , when they want. AVOID

I really like to work with them.
They have very professional people that are always ready to help and solve problems.
I am going to continue work with them.

The company does not allow for deleting of an account and erasing of personal data from their system.

The website does not have a clear button/option to delete an account and when inquired via e-mail, they only offer to deactivate and not to delete and erase personal data from the system.

Flagrant disrespect to customers choice and data privacy.

thieves 1000% they stole my lovely brand new 2 MacBooks 2023 and my new cameras, all gone, if you need peace and you love your packages stay away. i checked their reviews after the steal my items, don't make the same mistake.

They are thieves, they will steal your package and tell you it never got to their facily when courier showed its been signed for
