This is a scam company. I ordered a blazer and it never arrived. They issued a fake tracking number and said it was delivered at my mailbox. It was not. I paid with PayPal and PayPal wouldn’t refund because the company showed it being delivered.

This company is a total rip-off, scam store. False advertising saying they are Nashville based...WRONG! Took over a month to get & very cheap made & not at all what is portrayed on their order page. Then no refund to be had, they offer a pittance of a refund for what the actual cost was & now won't even respond to my messages. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

First of all it took 3 weeks to receive the item I ordered. When I opened it I thought surely this isn’t what I ordered. It looked so cheap but their online pictures looked so nice. It doesn’t fit so I contacted them through email asking how I return this item. They don’t accept returns and offered $4 compensation the first time. 3rd time they uped it to $10. I think the entire cost not counting S&H & should be reimbursed. So I’m out $31.50 not counting tax or S&H. How can you not return items that don’t fit!

I would actually rate this company with a ZERO. I ordered an item in November and never received it. I contacted them several times and they said it was through customs and I just needed to be patient. Jan. 30th, I wrote them and they provided a different order number and said it had been delivered. The city it was delivered to is about 75 miles away! They said to check with someone in my family who may have “signed “ for it. I told them to refund my money and they said I had to check with my post office. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I definitely made a mistake I not researching the company first. SAME SCAM SCAM!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM… they SAY it comes from China but when you get it, my return label, said California. I’m trying to get a refund because the quality of so poor doesn’t even match the picture. They’ve offered me six dollars, nine dollars, $12 then after I sent them pictures of the labels and everything they needed the last email after I did not accept their $12 said that they cannot accept any returns. Oh hell, no! Over my dead body. It’s the PRINCIPLE of it all. I will turn them into the Better Business Bureau and slander their name on Facebook, etc. this is just wrong. Why does Facebook allow scamming companies like this to even exist.

I am giving a 1 rating because there is not a score of zero. I was under the impression when I ordered from a company that says USA, that it actually was in the USA. The products for this company are not. They offer expedited shipping options knowing full well you won’t receive the products for a couple of months if you receive them at all. In my case I paid for several tops and extra for shipping and haven’t received anything. The company says my package was delivered and it wasn’t. Now they won’t do anything about it. Don’t order from this company. They are crooked!

Ordered three shirts in November 2025. It is now January 19 2026 and I never received the product. Worst experienced was being lied to by "Customer Service". They actually sent me two different tracking numbers. One of them, according to USPS, was addressed to a home in the city that I live but five miles away from me - to a completely different address. The second tracking number places the product in Fayetteville Arkansas (since December 24 2025.

My delivered order was nothing like it was cracked up to be. Called a sweater but a cheap polyester instead. Took a month to be delivered after taking a tour around Europe. I could go on but my lesson learned find and read comments before buying. Bogus company. Buyer beware.

Ordered a very nice looking sweater for my girlfriend for Christmas, they originally said ‘delivered by Dec 21’. Well it’s Jan 13 and nothing but headaches and a VERY fishy 17Tracker itinerary.
I asked if they’re using carrier pigeons or pony express for my delivery company…….no reply.
I’m an adult, I get it, I was scammed I’m out $100 hard earned dollars and my girlfriend already got herself something she wanted, but please read this before you get scammed also.

DO NOT Purchase anything from this company and know that PAY PAL is also complicit because they KNOW this company is NOT Legit. The clothing is NOT USA made and it took about a month to receive. The Quality is VERY POOR - ZIPPER Sowed on backward. Tried to get an address to return and get a refund, and they Would NOT give me an address. Reached out to PAY PAL who also would NOT assist me because I received the product. They DID NOT care that the product was unwearable and I could not get a refund. SHAME on both the Company and PAY PAL.

Clothing is super cheap and poor quality. Took a month to receive. Not a USA based company like advertised. Clothing shipped from China.

Scam. Advertises as usa based (Tennessee), but actually is another country. It took 2 months to recieve my order after contacting them multiple times. Tracking showed Spain, then China, yada yada.

Also, the quality of the shirt I ordered was very poor. Do not order from this company!

Edit: I have reached out to the support email at least 5 times to obtain a refund and have not received one response from this illegitimate company. Looks like I’m stuck with this piece of junk with no recourse. Filed an appeal with PayPal and was told since the item was delivered they couldn’t do anything even though the item and manufacturing locations were misrepresented online. Again - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Ordered from this company because the website said made in Tennessee (not China or wherever it was made). Was given a delivery period of 4-5 days so I ordered a shirt for a Christmas party. When I didn’t receive it when stated I contacted the customer support email and was told there were delays and gave me a tracking # which is when I found out it was coming from Ireland - not even sure if that was true because the tracking through PayPal said it was coming from China. I contacted the company again and was given the same info that there are delays outside of their control. You could tell by the phrasing that English was not the native language. After much back and forth the shirt finally arrived and it was the cheapest, thinnest material you could imagine. What was supposed to be denim trim was actually painted on to look like denim! I’ve contacted them for a refund and have not heard back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Can't give a zero star but would if I could. You will never get your item. The ship items with insufficient postage or fraudulent postage!

This is a fraudulent company like everyone is saying. The added on $16.20 to the total I was given and the receipt sent to my email. I reported them to Facebook but they wouldn't do anything about it. The one I clicked on used the name USAFaithWear, but it actually is called the following on PayPal:

All my tracking notices are coming from Sweden and the order is long overdue and I'm sure it will never show up or be something completely different. I am working with PayPal to get a refund.

I recieved a coat that looked nothing like what I ordered-- not only was the material differnet it had stains and the button holes had ink where they were suppose to cut and didn't . When I complained online they send me an email saying that I should just wash it and offered a $6 credit---- I will post photos on line if I could figure out where to put them so everyone can see.

Ordered 2 months ago for Christmas, never got it, also they charged my credit card more than the listed amount. Nothing I could do. Right now they say my order is being held by customs in SPAIN !!!

I have requested 7 times directions on how to return my purchase of 2 shirts , which unfortunately did not fit well. I have not received requested information. Also, delivery took almost 3 weeks!

Horrible shipping. I finally asked where the sweatshirt was after 2 weeks and they said they would expedite it. Then 3 weeks the same thing. After 4 weeks they said it got to my area and had the wrong zip code and it was being sent back. The company said they would not get it as to how they ship so it is lost and I would have to pay more to get a new one shipped. Thats not happing from me. I would say they are a SCAM

Took over a month to receive my order and then the shirts I received were very poor quality...like paper thin. I asked about a refund and they offered $9 on a $90 order??? Horrible
