They Put Customers and Belongings at Risk

DC Memorials Night Tour listed on Viator/Trip Advisor

Unsafe for Individuals or Belongings
Tour Guide, George and driver, Andrew, assured us we and our belongings would be safe if left/remained on bus during stops. During one stop, Andrew was simply supposed to relocate bus to next pickup point. Instead he went on an impromptu joy ride for dinner. He stopped at Potbelly's Sandwiches, turned off all the lights, and left vehicle unattended. My wife was still on the bus!! She was left ALONE on the bus, IN THE DARK!! She was absolutely terrified!!
