If i can give them no stars I would. Horrible customer service, i have been waiting a long time for my windows and all i get is excuses. no one calls you back. do not waste your time with this company
A HORRIBLE PLACE to do business. I bought the whole house package of hurricane windows. They forgot the weatherseal between the window and the siding causing the rain to come inside the home. It failed inspection and the inspector said it must have been rookies doing the installation because all installers know windows need a weatherseal or it will rain in. They left trash all over my yard. Showed up 2 hours late. Said they would be back the next day to finish but didn't call or come. I called and left messages but no reply. 3 weeks now and my house is still torn apart and the rain coming in. Its now time for the Florida DBPR to get involved. BUYER BEWARE!
