got scammed by the owner of this company
This is a terrible company to deal…
This is a terrible company to deal with. The employees and employer are extremely rude and dishonest.
I will never deal with this company again.
I bought a tshirt from USA Strong which was made in... HONDURAS!? Then they stole more money from me and blocked me.
I bought an "American Made" tshirt from USA Strong on May 3rd, 2023. Reference number JTT839244.
Whilst the company site said that all products (including this particular tshirt) were Made in USA, imagine my surprise when I discovered that the tshirt was assembled in... Honduras?!?!? It was written on the inside label.
I first thought it was a mistake and contacted the company, which told me that I could get an American Made version of this tshirt if I sent them a check of $9.99. Once I did, they then told me I forgot to pay for VAT and charged me another $3.99, which I refused to pay, since it was nowhere near mentioned in the invoice.
They then told me they could not do anything for me, so I asked for a refund of the $9.99, which they refused to send me back. Remember, I paid $9.99 only to get a second tshirt which I never ended up receiving.
After that, I sent numerous emails and they stopped responding to me entirely. Their phone number is redirected to a voicemail. I ultimately wrote them on Twitter and they immediately blocked me.
I know it's only a tshirt and I shouldn't care, but I am absolutely furious about the way they treated me and the way they say they sell American Made products to help small businesses from America, whilst they actually sell products made overseas.
I then searched online and discovered that the company has actually been founded by two scammers: Alex Mashinsky and Krissy Meehan Mashinsky. One is currently being trialed for stealing billions. I cannot believe I fell for this USA Strong scam, as I still truly believe in the ethos of buying American Made products to support our economy and fight imports.
Not What I expected at all
The items I ordered were misrepresented beforehand. My customer service experience was subpar to say the least. I think the worst part was breakdown in communication. Do you want to return? Refund? 1 day later "No we can no longer do that, but want to make it right!" 2 days later " Im sorry for you trouble but what was your issue again?"

Bad quality products and company created with stolen funds
Money Laundering
The only purpose of this company is to launder money for Krissy Mashinsky and her husband's criminal enterprises.
Two complete frauds responsible for multiple fraudulent companies. This company does not even produce its products within America yet has the audacity to call themselves 'American Strong'.
Don't Buy From This Knock-Off Amazon
What a rip off. Took over 4 weeks to arrive and once it did I found out that I could buy this from the vendors website directly for 40% cheaper.
Also the label on the shirts I ordered say "Made In Honduras". A far cry from the claim that everything is made in the USA. I feel thoroughly cheated.

⚠️ Be aware that the company #USAStrong is publicly saying they sell made in USA products when they sell products made overseas.
Their founders are known criminals who stole money from the Celsius creditors in order to fund their scam operations.
USA Strong is Always Wrong
USA Strong was cofounded by Alex and Krissy Mashinsky, the former of which is facing 115 years in prison for his crimes destroying over $3B in value with Celsius Network. This was money taken from hardworking, innocent people. Celsius was USA Strong’s main customer, allowing 6-figures to be syphoned off from victims. USA Strong is a horrible company run by vile people.
The owner is a criminal
The owner of this company and her husband, Alex Mashinsky, stole billions of dollars from people in a ponzi scheme (Celsius Network) and used those funds for this USA strong business which actually makes its stuff in Honduras.
Don’t give your money to these criminals.
Not made in the USA!
Can anyone explain why a company that prides and markets itself as selling made in the USA items are sending items made elsewhere? I feel like my money has been stolen from me! You solicit customers based on a promise!
