No long back from our California and Hawaii holiday, my husband and young daughter would like to thank USA Tours for making our trip an amazing experience. Iann listened carefully on what we were looking for and made a lot of recommendations, explained everything we needed to know and made amendments quickly when we asked him to. Nothing was a trouble for him or the rest of the team members that filled in for him on his time off. Everyone was really responsive to our needs. We were very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation they had booked, although we kept it at a low star rate to keep on budget, they were all very good quality premises with very friendly and helpful receptionists and most of them had only just been refurbished. And when we returned our rental car with a squashed bumper the whole mater took 30 seconds to sign off and no extra money since the insurance covered it all. Of course the most valuable thing was all the wonderful places we visited, it was exactly what we were looking for and if we were to do it again we would not change a thing. My family and I would love to thank USA Tours for making our dream holiday come true.
We travelled with USATours to California and had a wonderful holiday! USATours arranged our flights, hotels and car rental and everything just worked out perfectly.
