Bring a credit card with you

Bring a credit card with you, otherwise you'll end up paying 59 GBP a day!
While the person in the counter was very polite (BHX airport), nothing he could do and I ended up not picking up the car. What a shame

Reply from U-Save Car & Truck Rental - U-Save Birmingham International

Thank you for recognising the polite colleague at Birmingham. We understand your disappointment that the credit-card requirement meant you could not collect the car and that the alternative cover was quoted at £59 per day. Please send your booking reference and the terms and quote you received privately to ics@cs.usave.com so customer services can review the options explained at the counter. — U-Save
