There are no on-site car rental counters inside the LAX terminals, so this branch operates off-airport with a shuttle connection for arriving customers. To reach the branch, look for the Pink LAX Sign in the lower arrivals area and board the blue Economy Lot Bus. Get off at the LAX Economy Parking Garage, where a branded shuttle will meet you and take you to the office. The pick-up shuttle operates during the branch's business hours, so check these before you travel. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–20:00, including public holidays.
