Been getting USB's for the past few years - they are great quality, never had one returned or heard of a problem with them.
The printing of my logo on the USB on both sides is always spot on - perfect.
Great communication - emails and quotes are answered clearly straight away. You get to see a proof before its printed. Recommended for sure.
