I have multiple books from Usborne. All of which are absolutely splendid. One of the best books is finger printing people but all of them are wonderful. I really recommend them.

Michele Hirst Blames Everyone Else For Abysmal Service
They took 4 working days to even dispatch my order. I sent chasing emails as they NEVER answer the phone. Granted they replied but the replies were incredibly rude, condescending and borderline offensive. Refused to tell me when my order was dispatched, only found out when the first delivery attempt failed. During all this time they were blaming the almost 2 week delivery on the postal strikes. I run a children's charity so I suggested they might want to donate something as a goodwill gesture. The said no and that I shouldn’t order from them again.
So don’t order from them, they cover things up, refuse to answer questions and blame everything else and this is before I have even received my order.

Amazing books!
Amazing book! They are the best books I & my child have ever read! Moving onto the independent books has been an eye opener. The books have a wide range and are all inclusive while also covering topics that are sensitive and done in a way to appeal to everyone.
