Although I wasn't able to find the information that I was looking for ( my son's age is too young), I enjoyed the property search on my home address and it was more than informative! The service and website is very user friendly/ ease of use is exceptional. You just type in the correct search box (Name, Property, ETC.) and records pop up there in no time! It also shows related searches and people info that you can click through onto relatives and former owners, etc.

It worked perfectly and gave me all of the information that I needed for my deceased grandfather.

I was looking for my cousin and received some information that I can use to contact him.

I was told I would get a 20.00 Amazon gift card for giving a review and I have given a review and I have sent several emails asking about this with no response they make promises but they just want you to give them reviews don't fall for it and there is a lot of stuff they have on my report that's not even me

Charging me when I only had a one time payment.

I was told if I submitted a review I would receive an Amazon gift card. The company seemed helpful at first, and so I did leave a review. I never got the Amazon gift card. Then, a month later, the company made an unauthorized charge to my credit card, which was luckily flagged by my bank. Had to cancel the card.

PUBLIC RECORDS REPORT-Horrible service. Horrible site. No replies to email requests. and failed follow through

The site charged me one dollar in Aug, and now I noticed a twenty-eight-dollar charge today. The service is a scam.

I was told I would receive a notification when my free trial was coming to an end, and I DIDN'T and yesterday morning I was billed $28.95. I live on a limited income, and I don't want to be billed monthly for something I used ONLY ONCE and won't need to anymore.

I was able to find what I was looking for and I put a suggestion in for the site to include a line to indicate Date of Death with a date, like they do with Date of Birth. If no death then of course leave blank.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Despite having high hopes for a positive interaction, I was met with a series of unfortunate events that left me feeling frustrated and misled.
One of the most significant issues I encountered was the inaccurate information provided. This led to me making a purchase that did not align with my needs, causing me unnecessary inconvenience and expense.
Furthermore, I was charged an exorbitant amount for my purchase. The final bill was significantly higher than what I was initially quoted, and I was unable to obtain a clear explanation for the discrepancy.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience and would caution others from doing business with them. I believe it is important to share my experience in hopes of preventing others from falling victim to similar issues.
