I cancelled my subscription 2 hours…
I cancelled my subscription 2 hours after it renewed it self, and apparently there is no refund. The price is 30 GBP/40 USD, and for a student, not being able to get the refund because of 2 hours is insane. When I was trying it out, it was showing 1 pound per week and without any reminder to cancel subscription, it cut off 30 pounds off me. This is capitalism at its finest, I do not need the subscription for the month, I did not enjoy their services ( I was planning on cancelling it anyway but got busy in the day)and should be entitled for a refund. For them 30 GBP is not a lot but for a student it is.

Paid for premium, lost access immediately after cancelling — no resolution after multiple contacts
I subscribed and was charged $29.99. After cancelling, I immediately lost access to the premium features I had already paid for, even though I should have had access until the end of my billing period. I have reached out to their support team multiple times and keep receiving the same response — "we are looking into it" — but the issue remains completely unresolved.
I am now being restricted to free tier limits despite having paid for premium. This is not acceptable. I would caution anyone considering subscribing to think carefully before paying, as getting support or a resolution seems nearly impossible.

Extremely misleading and borderline fraudulent
I signed up for a 7 day trial for $1. Two days before it expired, I checked my subscription and saw that I would be charged the full fee, so I cancelled in advance as I didn’t want to continue.
The moment I cancelled, my access was immediately revoked with a “no valid subscription” message. That means I paid for a 7 day trial but was denied the remaining time I had already paid for.
This feels extremely misleading and borderline fraudulent, you’re essentially taking payment for a service and then cutting off access before the paid period ends.
And to add up - it pretends to be Claude and I thought I was subscribing to Claude.

This feels like a scam. Even after cancelling my subscription in advance, my credit card was still charged. When I tried to contact support via email, I only received multiple automated responses with the same message. I would strongly advise avoiding any subscriptions with this service.

I asked the AI to compile a list of court rulings which dealt with a subject matter I described, none of the results were correct in that the actual subject matter of all the court decisions was completely different and unrelated when I searched for them

Quick and high quality puts Co-pilot to shame.
I spent hours on co-pilot to do what ChatGPT in seconds and with much higher quality. Copilot asked 13 questions (13 credits) and still didn't complete a simple task. It's positively a scam.
