Making the booking online was straightforward. The staff were very friendly during drop off and pick up. The location was closed to our accommodation and the just across the street from the tube, so getting to our next destination was easy.

Easy application to book this storage facility, staff were on board as soon as we arrived
Gave 5 stars ,but my only drawback was location was inconvenient for us as we picked one in Kuta by a busy highway, we really needed to be beach side as we had a later flight and wanted to do last minute shopping around the Poppies area, but there really wasn’t anything around suitable:)

Quick and easy selection process. Drop off was smooth and our bags felt secure with security cameras located in the room where the bags are kept. Employees all spoke English which was appreciated and made communication very easy.

A great location just a short walk from the ferry port and the beach in Los Cristianos. Super helpful and friendly staff who hauled our suitcases into storage. When we picked up them up later that day, they phoned a taxi for us, loaded our bags and waved us goodbye. Now that’s good service!

The storage opens just at 10am. We waited 45 min to open. To make it faster, I decided to pay before they open so I can go on with my trip. At 10:05, nobody was there so I called the number. Someone got sent to open the door for us at 10:15am, which was ok. My bus was leaving at 1:45pm so I was hoping to grab my luggage just before but they are also closed for lunch so I had to come back 1h before my bus ride. I lost almost 2h of time I could have spend doing something else. Then when I picked up, I realized they charge 4euros per bag and I paid 13euros. I asked about it and the answer was, it's because you used Bounce, not their own platform. The reality is that I used that platform because they were late and because of it, I had to pay almost twice. Conveniently located but not great hours

The location is easy to find and very convenient if you fly out from Tenerife South. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend using this service.
