I love the fact I can use other numbers on my phone and don’t need to carry a second business phone. Also having the auto reply feature is great as I am often busy all day so this allows my customers to be answered and know I will be in touch as soon as possible. You can also use this number to set up a business WhatsApp that allows customers to message on Wi-Fi and adds another level of professionalism.

I love Chalkboard. The app is very easy to use. I really like how you are making and receiving calls through the app instead of having to go through my phones calling features. The support team is wonderful, they made the number porting process very simple.

The Chalkboard app is perfect for anybody that liases with customers/ clients/ colleagues etc.. and wants to keep their personal number separate.

The team work hard to bring out new features regularly and are always looking to improve the app for their users.

Before I found Chalkboard, my work/life balance felt blurry because I was constantly getting work messages and as well as personal stuff all routed to the same number, and I felt I was always switched on to the world of work. But now that I have a super affordable virtual number with Chalkboard, I can keep the two separate mentally.

It's super easy to use, and I can even turn off notifications when I need a break. Plus, if I'm feeling really organised or need more mental separation, I can use a completely device for all my work-related stuff - like WhatsApp or email apps.

Honestly, I can't recommend Chalkboard enough. If you're feeling overwhelmed with work and personal life and need a little help finding balance, give it a shot. It might just be the wellbeing strategy you didn't know you needed.

I have been using chalkboard since setting up my new business and it has been a vital app for bringing in new customers, but also the ease of using it has saved me plenty of admin time per week. I would highly recommend using it for the ease, value for money and benefit to my business.

I wanted to separate work calls from personal ones but not carry two phones around with me - this app is perfect. I got it when it still didn't display the caller's number, then they fixed that. Then I asked for users to be able to share the same number and they fixed that. Good to see an app being constantly developed.

I have been so impressed with Chalkboard since I first find them on the App Store.

They have developed the app so much in the last couple of years and are always updating the app with new features.

It’s also incredibly reasonably priced for the service you get and the support team are very responsive - any day or time and very keen to know about your experience and feedback.

I would absolutely recommend Chalkboard and will be using it for future team members when I expand my business!

Really straightforward, well presented and organised service. Customer support professional and helpful, too. It might be a touch over the odds on price, but it’s not bad value for the service.

Incredibly easy to set up, with the ability to broadcast to specific lists of contacts (think mailing list, current/past clients).

Simple, clean interface that has everything you need. I really love the ability to set up a number of automated voicemails/messages, with the ability to create ones for outside of your working hours, holidays etc.

My only issue sometimes is a delay/absence of notifications coming through of new calls or messages

Very simple to use, it’s exactly what I need. Multiple numbers that can be changed anytime instantly. Customer service email back quickly, nothing to complain about. 👍

The customer service for Chalkboard has been outstanding - I've always received an answer in less than 24 hours and their team has always been eager to help me. My problem or question has always been solved or answered even if it was something I couldn't do. Their team has been happy to help even if it meant working on the back end for something for our small business.
