STAY AWAY❗❗❗

STAY AWAY❗❗❗

I am writing this review to WARN others.

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THIS DEALER, PAID IN FULL, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO USE IT. AND THEY ALSO DON’T REFUND.

The vehicle developed SERIOUS DRIVETRAIN AND ENGINE FAULTS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY ON THE VERY FIRST JOURNEY and became undriveable. I had no choice but to return the car straight away. Since then, I have been repeatedly delayed with excuses, changing explanations, and promises that were never kept. WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND THE CAR IS STILL NOT REPAIRED, STILL SITS AT THEIR GARAGE.

When you ask for a refund they want to nick you and say they would deduct £300, for a car that developed engine malfunction immediately after sale.

WHAT MAKES THIS EVEN MORE ALARMING:

THE SAME CAR THAT WAS SOLD TO ME 3 WEEKS AGO IS STILL ADVERTISED AS “FOR SALE”. ( A red BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer)

If the car had been properly repaired, it should have been returned to me.
Or if my money had been refunded, the car should no longer be advertised as it means they can’t fix it.

SO HOW CAN A CAR THAT WAS SOLD, PAID FOR, RETURNED DUE TO FAULTS, AND STILL UNRESOLVED, CONTINUE TO BE LISTED FOR SALE? Obviously they want to take someone else in.

Because of the way this has been handled, I have been forced to escalate the matter formally through CITIZENS ADVICE, THE AA (as this dealer claims AA affiliation), AND MY BANK. No matter how long it takes I will continue with all available recovery and enforcement routes, probably ending up at the court.

Buying a car should not turn into a legal dispute just to protect yourself.

If you don’t want to loose your time, your money and your peace, don’t buy anything from these people.

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.
