Aggressive Leadership with No Regard for Retention
I strongly advise against working here. I don't know how people are able to last and I want to be honest and say what I have experienced during my time. The company completely misrepresents its culture during the hiring process. Once you are in, it becomes obvious that they only care about their bottom line. They offer an entry level compensation but expect you to work like a machine, using a totally unfair scoring system with unattainable goals. Worse, they have zero trust in their staff and heavily micromanage.
Perhaps the biggest red flag is how they handle your time and money. Paychecks are consistently delayed by a day or two past the promised date. On top of that, they expect you to complete extra "activities" and work on weekends to hit their unrealistic metrics. They will tell you you can work on weekend and will frame this as "optional," but it is unpaid work just for you to achieve the goal. You will be severely underappreciated here, no matter how hard you work. Save yourself the stress and look for an employer who respects your time and pays you on time.
