First class service free to your door with a selection of scooters to try for suitability. Very reasonable prices compared to others we have tried. Excellent and patient customer service from Alistair who went above and beyond to accommodate my father. I would highly recommend

Fantastic company who went above and beyond to provide an amazing service. Alistair called me back straight after I completed the online form. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. Ella arrived with a choice of mobility scooters and explained everything. How they worked, how to disassemble them, all the functions. My Mum then had a test drive and decided which scooter she preferred. There was no hard sell, no rushing to make a decision and I really felt Ella was committed to ensuring Mum got the right scooter for her.
I highly recommend this family run, professional company.

Very friendly and helpful, a really good company to deal with. My Dads scooter was collected all the way from Eastbourne to the Cotswolds! Quick, efficient and received the payment as he loaded the scooter onto the van. Would highly recommend!

Incredible Service!
We booked a couple of scooters to test drive in Birmingham. My husband has recently been hit with an illness that has severely restricted his mobility and I was keen to help him get some freedom back. His illness means that we have to be extremely careful about bumps and sudden jolts so although we had looked in shops and he had tried them around the showroom, we weren’t sure how he would find them out on the pavement, roads and kerbs. This was the perfect solution! We did end up purchasing a fantastic scooter and he has had the biggest smile today as he got out and about in the fresh air under his own steam. There was no pressure to buy however, he even offered for us to have a think about it. I think it’s an incredible service that you offer and I can’t thank you enough! We were joined by a neighbour who had noticed the scooters outside and popped in. Having purchased a few mobility scooters himself over the years, he was really impressed with the service and took some business cards to pass around. I would highly recommend.

We purchased a mobility scooter and the service was excellent. The scooter was delivered quickly with all the necessary equipment for charging.
Alistair was very helpful on the phone and email. Responded quickly.
We did experience a small niggle with the scooter which resulted in further communications with Alistair who responded quickly with a solution to visit our home, take the scooter away and provided a courtesy scooter for a couple of days.
The scooter was returned with no further issues. We re very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

My wife snapped her ankle on a ski holiday and was unable to get around. We found the scooter shop and they solved all of our problems. Alistair was really helpful … let us have a test drive and when we had questions drove out to see us. Brilliant service … and my wife was able to get out and about which was fantastic.

Would highly recommend. Alistair was really professional. He drove from Brighton to manchester so my mum could test drive a scooter. He brought two for us to try which were both immaculate. He waited patiently as my mum tried the scooters but sadly we didn’t feel she was safe enough to ride it on her own. Despite the fact Alistair had come such a long way he was not pushy trying to sell it, on the contrary he was very understanding. He even offered us to have it for 2 weeks to try and said he would return and collect if she hadn’t got used to it. We didn’t end up buying one but Alistair reassured us that it was no problem at all and went on his merry way back to Brighton after a quick coffee. THANKYOU Alistair

Nothing is too much trouble for this shop.Ted in particular is a star in fact 5 stars! I was worried about dealing with dvla, to register a scooter ,he did it all for me.This is how to run a business.highly recommended.thanks to all .

Ted and Alistair were brilliant dealing with me over the phone, email and by text. Delivery was prompt on a Sunday! Got a very good deal for a 8mph scooter that was in Excellent condition with delivery and a warranty thrown in. Unlike other sites that sell reconditioned scooters they don’t seem to be overpricing there products. Thanks again guys!!
