I have used a variety of email tools over the past 20 years, most recently using Active Campaign. I looked at several tools before selecting INBOX. INBOX is designed well, intuitive and simple to use, and a tool that will give the majors -- Active Campaign, Kajabi, Hubspot, Drip, and others a true run for the money by investing dollars to capabilities, and deliverability and open rate. I personally recommend INBOX for anyone seeking an email automation tool that offers real value. I am excited to see INBOX'S innovations over the next few years!! I've used Inbox for almost 2 years after working with a lot of email marketing toos. I have to tell you that Inbox is one of the best of them.
The main problem with email marketing tools are:
1. Deliverability and
2. Open Rate
I've tested a lot of them and Inbox by itself is wonderful for showing deliverability and open rate with amazing options within.
The platform is easy to use and customer service is good. Even if you won't need it because it works fine.

We've had a great few months using Inbox. It's easy to use and produces top quality emails - the drag and drop interface means it can be used across our business by multiple individuals.

The reporting is also great and shows clear stats at a glance, with live updates as emails are opened/clicked.

This is one of those products that listens to their users and is getting better as time goes on. It has been slowly blossoming into a great email marketing solution. I am looking forward to inbox develops and innovates in the future.

I've been using Inbox for the past 6 months. I have previous experience with multiple email marketing tools including Mailchimp on a personal level and tools such as Marketo through work. Inbox is easy to use and is very similar to Mailchimp's newsletter functionality. Inbox is improving its automation functionality. Hopefully, with some of the industry trends towards not utilizing cookies, Inbox will have alternatives to keep up with useful automation. Inbox has three different tools to help with email marketing. The Inbox tool for email automation and newsletter sending. The Notify tool for transactional email, and the Verify tool for email verification and email checking.
Overall, Inbox is an easy-to-use email marketing tool that is perfect for small businesses looking to have more interaction with their customers through email marketing and automation. I was easily able to upload my email list and quickly use the Verify tool to validate the emails and get recommendations on email addresses that may affect my sender accounts Spam score. Inbox is my current go-to email marketing tool for my small business.

Inbox is a game changer in comparison to old rivals mailchimp etc. The interface is more user friendly and analytics are in more details. It is a best software if we compare it with others in terms of price, utility and purpose. Most of the leading softwares of this catgary are chaging customers either on number of contacts lists or number of e-mails sent. Inbox is the only software that has no such limits in a fixed price.

I too have used a lot of email sending software. I particularly like the newsletter feature in INBOX. It's super impressive. It's easy to make any type of layout easily and also has a lot of templates to choose from. The user interface (UI) is very good and the analytics are very simple to follow with charts that are understandable. Looking forward to automating this process!

Mondays thru Wednesday are the slowest days in our restaurant. So, I used inbox to send promotions for these days and increased our sales by 50%. I sent the promotion to people who have visited our restaurant once via the online ordering app. So, I boosted sales from a casual customer vs a regular customer. Inbox mad this very simple with he upload feature of our contacts. The I would schedule them to run with the straight forward scheduling function.

Good value for money, great ready made templates to help you draft emails really quickly and quick customer service

We use Inbox for our monthly newsletter. We've had a positive experience and find it easy to use.

I have been using Inbox for half a year now, and I am happy with the application. It has a friendly interface for creating newsletters, it is able to handle many contacts and has great deliverability.

UseInbox is an intuitive and very user-friendly tool to make an attractive newsletter. It works very much like WordPress where you need to drag and drop elements to build the newsletter. Customer support was also responsive whenever I faced any problems.

I come from sendy, which is software I am very comfortable with.
The only difficulty is that I always have to manually update the software and it doesn't have a block html editor.
So I'm always looking for a functional and economical alternative.
I am testing inbox and find it very convenient and am considering doing the switch.
At the moment I find it a great alternative.
It has flaws though.
The biggest is that it is young and not as widespread as other services, so if you want to integrate into the platforms you usually use, you have to work a little, or use zapier.

Great Marketing tool. Been using Inbox email marketing for the past few months, beats Mailchimp. Especially HTML editor. Seems to be best in class.
Some improvements are still needed, but Inbox is quite new tool, so it's just a question of time when updates will come.

I have been using Inbox for the last six months. I find it very comprehensive to my needs. I particularly like the HTML facility where you can create different styled newsletters. It is straightforward to use. I also love the events function–where I can send out notifications of any training events that I am putting on. It offers a CSV function where you can upload contact lists. I have found it easy to use and would recommend it for businesses who want an email marketing platform as it has a low learning curve.

I was a Kirim Email user and I shifted to UseInbox because of the easy workflows and integration on the platform. Customer support is really helpful if there is any problem. I have multiple brands and I can manage them all in one account without switching the logins. They have really nice landing pages designs which are almost perfect for any type of campaign.

I have just started my eCommerce and was looking for an email tool that can help collect and send out email marketing campaign. Then I found INBOX on Appsumo.com and I tested it.

The result was very good and I am very happy about it. Nice UX and easy tool to design my campaign. Build in templates makes this app is very useful. I can even use the automation tool to send out messages to my shoppers.

I've begin diving into UseInbox and I'm very impressed with what they have done. I have been using MailChimp and Klaviyo in the past but UseInbox has incredible functionality and much better pricing in my opinion. I've really enjoyed becoming familiar with UseInbox and look forward to utilizing it quite in-depth as I begin the transfer over. Great job to the team at UseInbox.
