UseInbox isn't a simple email sending service, it has an amazing newsletter feature (with many templates) and powerful segmentation options. High deliverability and with many options to keep your emails safe from unfair filters. Hundreds of other clients will say the same: recommended.

Just activated my account and found inbox, wow easy to use in 3 minutes was able to send out quality email newsletter, welcome mail for customer and automations which is a big winner.

I became part of the INBOX family many months ago after an excellent AppSumo deal. It's an excellent mailing system.

- It's excellent value for money, especially if you don't need heavy marketing automation
- Generous contact allowances, multiple clients / domains. Some other provider let you have more contacts but limit your emails more heavily.
- Nice, clear SPF, DKIM and DMARC flags to reassure you are set up properly to use INBOX with the domains you are using. This always does my head in with most providers. They are pretty good.
- The HTML email editor works really well for me - I find them really annoying in MailChimp and Sendy and so far this has been a great experience - stable, simple to use.
- Support: got back to me pretty quickly (I am in NZ well out of the timezone!)
- Deliverability so far is OK.
- Really clear post-mailing reports.

There have been a few hiccups - the importing of contacts can be patchy (there was a bug ages ago that's probably fixed which means it didn't like importing to custom fields if any of them had blank data).

And they'll take a while to check you out at first - most good providers are like this, so don't expect to email 10K people out of the box without giving them plenty of time to check you out.

Wish they supporting tagging like Mailchimp, but you can't have everything! And you can segment, just not in the same way. Overall, highly recommended.

It was good experience working on SaaS tool like INBOX for email marketing. It full fill all our needs of email marketing. Nice UI UX and brillient back end engine for sending emails.

This tool is really easy to use, I got it in order to send newsletter to my B2B clients and work really well, my clients receive the email, and I can see the reports of my campaigns really clear on their dashbord.

USE INBOX is an email marketing tool with automation and segmentation. With the ability to send newsletters or even more personal sales emails. It's entirely up to you.

What I like the most is the learning curve. It's just right and whenever your are lost, there's a knowledge base for you to read.

On the CON side, their widget form tool doesn't look that good compare to others like Mailchimp, Hubspot or other software in the same business.

Other than that, its super powerful and the reporting is accurate. You get way more for what you paid for!

I've been using another "big name" mailing tool for a few years before moving to INBOX.

I love its ease of use, simplicity and great customizability. I manage more than one brand, so the possibility it offers to manage all of them from one account is a very useful feature for me. The newsletter builder/designer is powerful and very intuitive to use, and there are a lot of great email layouts and templates to choose from.

Also, big pluses are the included tools to verify email address and create landing pages. They only recently added Automations, to set up automated campaigns and autoresponders, but they are already good enough for me.

The only thing I'd like to have is more tutorials, but support has always being fast every time I needed it.

After a few months of usage, I'm very happy with INBOX!

Inbox has been a delightful surprise. Not only have they transformed in one of the more impressive all-in-one email marketing suites - including newletters, automations, landing pages, and more - their customer service is top-notch.

And the product just continually improves.

I love this service because it's so simple and it's huge for how many e-mails I have to make. The fact that I can verify emails on this site is also a big plus when I am trying to clean my list or make sure my list is up to date with good emails. It was hard for me to try this because I didn't know about it, but I'm glad I tried. Let's try it out!

Positive things are the reporting feature, possibility to have up to 5 brands (at least on my plan - Plus), the newsletter feature, the design template variety and a very clean and easy to follow UI.

On the other hand, I detected limitations on the number of fields when importing new contacts from my previous provider (I haven't contacted support about this yet).

It's not yet at the level of the major players, but definitely will be in the short term, specially since they are continuously improving and adding more features.

I recommend the tool.

I like the simplicity. And that is huge for the amount of emailing I do. The ability to verify emails here and there is also a big plus when I am trying to clean my list or make sure my list is up to date with good emails. I was hesitant to initially give this a try because I hadn't heard of them, but glad I tried them. Give it a try!

I have been using Inbox now since March 2021, prior to which I was using Mailchimp. The newsletter builder is easy and flexible making it easy to customize a newsletter design to exactly my style and content. They have also continually been working to improve the service, recently adding automations and landing pages which has helped me replace a couple of other tools I was using. Overall a great service. Highly recommend.

Use inbox is very impressive. Their software is inline with the pros at a huge discount. I see them becoming a serious competitor to MailChimp and similar alternatives in the next year or two.

INBOX is an amazing platform, really user-friendly, well laid out & has some great “on-page” video tutorials as you click through the different tools provided. Their new automation features really take this email marketing platform to the next level.

Said and team also provide brilliant customer support. They really listen to issues and feedback & I'm excited to see INBOX evolve and improve through an ambitious roadmap.
