Really enjoying Inbox. The software is easy to use and the templates make me look like a pro!

The Pros: This software has a long history in Turkey and they have brought it over to the states. This isnt a new one that will die off in 3 months. Service and UI is simplistic in a good way. You wont need to watch youtube videos to understand all of the tabs. The email verification tools is also great but an extra charge. It has helped clean up some old lists i have been working from.

The cons: I would love a deeper data dive. The ability to see every single click on an email campaign and not the first one the contact clicked.

Overall: This beats mail merge any day. I can actually see what email work and doesnt work.

Coming from a lifetime licence, INBOX has allowed me to build a newsletter list and not worry now or in the near future about email marketing expenses. It's pricing is billed in a per subscriber basis, and not per email. This gives much a better control over how many emails one can send a month and allows for bigger automations withouth easily incurring overage charges.

In the beginning, emails would land the spam folder, but could also be atributted to the maturity of my business.

I love INBOX. It is a great tool for automating my email marketing campaigns. Due to the nature of my marketing campaigns, I need to be able to send personalized emails to specific customers. INBOX makes it easy for me to do this. I also love the reporting features which allow me to see what is working and what isn't. I feel like I can't invest in my marketing without having this tool on my side. The interface is easy to use and I love that it helps me comply with GDPR and CASL regulations. I feel that this is a must-have for any business that needs to send personalized marketing emails to their customers.

We’ve been using useinbox for almost a year and we aren’t going to any other email supplier. It does all we need, unlimited contacts, automations, landing pages! It’s a dream come true!

Inbox is so easy to use! You can get set up fairly quickly and it is very user friendly.

One of the main reasons I signed up with them is because they have brand management which allows you to send out newsletters from different companies if you have small businesses - this is a great feature.

Useinbox is a great and simple to use tool for email marketers. Besides ease of use they also provide great stats so you can see how well your campaigns are doing. And, if you have any questions, issues, or suggestions their support team is fantastic!

Huge problem solver!

Before discovering the INBOX service, I was having a bad time juggling between two email marketing providers... It really was a pain.

INBOX brought me the greatest value possible, offering the support for dealing with multiple brands within the same email marketing provider!

Useinbox very easy to use dragon drop interface great tool for email marketing. Wishing to see template options and tracking links. I would recommend for email marketers.

I’ve been using inbox for just under a year now and I’m pretty pleased with the platform performance. The customer service is on top of it and anytime there is a bug or concern they always respond promptly.

Being an event producer I really like the features of having an event page where the software reminds guests of upcoming events that they are subscribe to. This feature needs a little bit of work but this is a great company that I’m glad to be invested in as I know they’re constantly improving the platform. They continually make substantial updates and as long as they keep doing that I’ll keep being a fan

I would like the user interface to be a little more intuitive as time goes on but I truly have no complaints about it as it is.

The newsletter feature and the ability to design from templates, layouts or HTML works very well! This is very easy to use with the dragon drop interface system that they have set up with other bells and whistle’s as well.

They have a very powerful automation feature that I haven’t dived into just yet but I’m looking forward to having our team really maximize this as well as the split test A&B feature.

This is the platform that I’m looking forward to growing with and learning how to use its powerful features.

Great tool for what it does but wish it would incorporate more with my Wordpress site. When I add the form to the site, it does not maintain the template features. Support is looking to help with a fix for this. Other than that, the product does exactly what it is suppose to do. Great tool for eBlasts and newsletters!

Useinbox is a developed email software that allows for building campaigns and testing their results.

There is a built in email builder which allows for drag and drop email building which is really nice and useful

To be honest it’s the drag and drop tool for me it’s just amazing and doesn’t break when rearranging the elements that you want unlike other email marketing tools. I’m also a coder at heart so I love the custom html editor option too when I really want to go deeper with my branding. I have used so many different email marketing tools and all of them didn’t have all the features I wanted until now! Inbox is a truly amazing tool. Check it out for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

A decent EMS tool, alternative to MailChimp and Convertkit.

In plus: a really great newsletter design tool, basic automations even in the free plan.
Good overall list management

A space for improvement:
The email cathing form requires some polishing before putting on the website,
The number of emails included in the plan includes deleted emails, so you also pay for inactive/deleted contacts

I've been using INBOX (Subscription Plus Plan) since February (7 months). I manually send to about 400 subscribers a couple of times per month and have several automation sequences configured, so that number is probably a little higher--emails probably go out daily. I've found the delivery to be very reliable. I bought this to replace GetResponse. Most things are the same.

PROS:
- Easy to make great-looking Newsletters.
- Simple Automation
- Easy to make separate groups (Contact Lists)
- Overall a great service
- Good reports (open, click rates)

CONS:
- Can't send an email to an individual without creating a new list or segment first
- Need a higher plan in order to re-send emails to people who didn't open it
- Some minor cosmetic issues (sorting Contacts by Date sometimes fails, Contact List shows emails, but no way to see subscriber's name without clicking into the record. navigating around (Back) is a little clunky).
- No way that I can find, to see the progress of users in an automation sequence (I'll have to look deeper--it may be there)

I've used several different email providers. INBOX serves my needs perfectly. It's intuitive and has almost everything I need.

I have been using inbox for some time now and I can only say that I'm super pleased with all the functionalities. Would definitely recommend to other users.
