i had a very positive experience using this platform. The website i easy to navigate and everything is clearly organized, which made it simple to find the information i needed.

It was a truly good app it was easy to use and it also held us to increase our confidence in speaking loud our thoughts and it has very clean dashbord.

I give it 5 stars because this platform is like Doordash. You accept/decline tests on UserTesting and you accept/reject offers deliveries on Doordash. Do this all day every day. Your own schedule. Following the rules and it's fun. Just provide detailed responses and no distractions. No problem tests. I really like UserTesting and I recommend it to anyone who like to take surveys or do tests (about anything) at their home and make money.

The experience was good indeed but I feel there were some drawbacks such as boring and simple with will not catch a great attention of the new gen.

They ignore your messages. If you have any issues with their tests, they do not care. Their customer service is awful. You cannot even call them for help. So you could do a test, do all of it, but if it doesn't upload or an issue with their website, your out time and energy from doing the test. They'll just say "sucks to be you" and ignore you.

I was looking to adjust my username in my profile and couldn't find it in the settings, so I contacted support. It was quick, easy, and I got the help I needed in just a couple of minutes.
