Items not received...

On Friday last week when I tracked my order, my items were identified as delivered but I never received them. I've contacted customer service twice and have not yet received a response. It was an expensive order and I'm feeling quite anxious about this.

Scam company please do not use

Scam company please do not use. They do not reply to emails. I'm thankful my credit card company is disputing this and I'm confident that they will get my money back. Paid for priority insurance and it was load of crap. Save the hassle trying to use this company

Terrible Customer Service and Delivery…

Terrible Customer Service and Delivery – Avoid This Company

I placed an order in early December 2024 for a Christmas gift, but it never arrived. The excuse? Holiday delays—understandable at first. However, despite following up every week, I was met with nothing but excuses. They were quick to take my money but refused to issue a refund. Extremely poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

If I could give a 0 I would. Have tried to contact several times but the excuse is my address is not accessible. All other deliveries from other companies have arrived. Avoid this company otherwise you will be disappointed

Ordered November 12 for a Christmas present. Tracking doesn’t seem to update at all. Emailed support 2 times and no response. Do not buy from them!

Ordered 4/12/24 still not arrived 20/12/24

Ordered in 4th December, didn't recieve any confirmation email, although payment had been taken.
Got in contact eventually through 'contact us', although it took days for them to reply.
There was an order number in the email and a tracking link, however the tracking link takes you to some dodgy page that doesn't look real and the shipment appears to still be I'm China.
Ordered these for my 5 year olds Christmas present, so am pretty upset with the poor service.

Ordered 11.25.24 as of 12.16.24, no email or product

Ordered 11.25.24. Payment processed 11.26.24 Never received an email with tracking info or any info. Finally located site to send a note through "Get in Touch, We're Here to Help" on 12.15.24. As of 12.16.24 7:43pm, no response.

Update: Finally copy/pasted customer service link into email versus clicking the link to "Get in Touch..." As a result, I actually received a response with the Tracking # that produced an update through Dec 11th. Some consolation that I may indeed receive the products ordered and paid for.

Update 12.20.2024: Item received
