Not gonna lie, I ordered this mostly because my mattress was getting uncomfortable and I didn’t wanna spend money replacing it yet. This helped way more than expected. The top feels soft but not sinky and my shoulders feel less stiff now when I wake up.

i move alot when sleeping and somehow this still doesnt slide around. pretty impressed by that.

Mattress feels way less dead now lol. Didn’t wanna buy a whole new bed so this kinda saved me money tbh.

My lower back used to feel tight every morning. It’s still not perfect but there’s definitely less tension now after sleeping on this.

Not overly soft which I appreciate. I hate when beds feel like you’re sinking into nothing. This still has support under the comfort.

This company is mismanaged in my view. So sad. Many cutomer service dead ends. Stay far away from all company's with this type of unaccountability.

I was worried it would slide around because I move alot in sleep but its been staying put fine so far.

We felt the topper slept very hot. Guaranteed returns in 30 days no questions asked. That's a joke. You have to get the return approved through them along with the address to send it to. I've been trying for 2 weeks by contacting them through their email. 6 different emails with no response. Check out their website (wished I would have before I ordered). No address, no phone number, no place to leave a review. You think you're getting a nice 3" topper...not even close. Photos are deceiving. Guess I have to chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Didn’t think a mattress topper would make this much difference tbh. I’ve been sleeping way heavier lately and I’m not waking up every few hours anymore. Even my boyfriend noticed I stopped tossing around all night.

This is just another mattress pad. Not at all like the images in their ads that show 3 inches of fill. Their return policy states it must be unopened and unused. Don't do it.

This made my old mattress feel less dead somehow. Hard to explain but the bed feels fuller now.

Just ordered and cannot wait for the delivery. I had a problem at ordering and the Customer Service was very responsive and timely. As a business owner myself I try to support small businesses!

Didn’t realize how bad my old setup was until I slept on this for a few nights. The bed just feels way more even now and my back isn’t complaining every morning anymore. Kinda wish I bought it earlier tbh.

Been using it on an older spring mattress and it definitely softened everything up. Before this I could literally feel the springs poking through some nights.

The softness is nice but it still has enough support underneath. Doesn’t feel overly squishy or cheap. Kind of balanced in a good way.

I wasn’t expecting much because I’ve bought similar stuff before and most of it felt gimmicky. This one actually changed how the mattress feels in a noticeable way. Sleep feels deeper and I’m waking up less irritated in the mornings now.

The thickness on this is actually legit. Some brands say thick and then send paper basically, but this one feels proper.

Do not buy from Westmonth. I purchased a mattress topper for $200 six months ago and never received it. It was never delivered to my home. I contacted customer service and they emailed me a bogus “certificate” saying the courier had delivered the package. In another call they told me it was in a “locker” somewhere. That I needed to go to my local post office and ask about this locker. My post office knew nothing about this package or a locker. I have spent a total of probably 7 hours trying to locate this package at various couriers, at the post office, online with customer service. I asked several times to send me another one or refund me my money. Nope. I am out $200 with no mattress topper. Very frustrated. It clearly was sent from China and got lost. Not my fault but the company will not take responsibility. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company.
