I would have given it a four. But they will never answer me back as I have emailed them at least seven times. I ordered this mattress pad and it is actually a nice pad but mine did not look like the picture at all. Mine came with four straps that were not long enough to even pull down over my corners. The picture shows that it has stretchy sides that reaches around your home mattress. Mine did not come with that. So mine just sits underneath the fitted sheet not secured. It still is comfortable, but it moves around a lot. . And as I said, all I wanna know is why mine did not come like the picture. My friends who I referred this mattress pad to ordered it and theirs came with the stretchy side. I would not order from this company as they are not true to their word.

I am trying to return my mattress topper. Per the website, they guarantee “easy returns.” I have been instructed by customer service to mail to an Australia address at my cost, and after pricing it $219 is the cheapest. I paid less for my mattress topper. This is a breech of contract.

We ordered the mattress topper and we were not satisfied with the results. We track our emails nd found no method for a return. They scammed us. Companies like this one should not operate.

The first thing I would say about this product is that the item that they show on their website and how they describe it does not match the item I received. They show a mattress pad with a fitted mattress style, skirting around it, and the item I received was a very nice mattress pad, but didn’t have the skirting. It had cheap elastic straps stitched to the bottom. Its claims of being able to fit mattresses between 8 inches and 21 inches thick is not true. It had cheap elastic straps stitched to the bottom. I ordered a West Month queen size mattress topper. The one they advertise has has pocketing to pull down and wrap under the mattress. The topper came with straps to put around the mattress. The fill is also not as advertised. The shipping was mediocre at best. It arrived in a vacuum pack package from China. The only way to contact them is via e mail. I did send an email, no response. I would avoid this company. I feel I was duped out of $200.00.

Ordered the fitted sheet type topper. Received a topper with elastic straps, not fitted. The straps are placed so that they slip and don't stay secure. I've reached out via the contact us section of their website and received no response.

I agree, this came in on the 12th and was not what was shown on the website. It has only elastic corners, and there is no label whatsoever, so I really don't know what I have. I have reached out to them twice with no response. Will contact my CC company.

I purchased the king size premium 1000GSM mattress topper on 4/5/26. The Topper was delivered on Monday, 4/13/26. Upon opening I could immediately tell this product was not as advertised. The topper was very thin (cheap quality), elastic straps on each corner (not the fitted sheet design as advertised), no tags.
This company is a scam!! They will not reply to emails requesting a refund. There is no customer service number to call to speak to a representative. If you buy from WestMonth, prepare to make a donation. Very unfortunate!

I made an error and hit purchase. I immediately contacted them to get it canceled but they have yet to reply to me at all. I find this to be horrible customer service!

The topper came with 4 elastic bands, one for each corner and they didn't come close to being long enough to be wrapped around the corners of the mattress. This is not what was advertised. Not worth the expense. Buyer beware.

Came in about a week. Does come compressed. So it needs some time to expand. Fluffed up in a couple of hours. Feel delightful sleeping on it. A more deep sleep.

I ordered form Westmonth and did not receive at all what is shown. It does not have a contoured fit but instead has cheap elastic at each corner to secure onto mattress. There is no label on topper to show anything - for example: how to wash , where it's from, company name, what it is made from etc.. It is also very thin. Total scam

I got this because my mattress was feeling uneven and uncomfortable. This pad actually smooths everything out really well. It doesn’t sink too much but still gives that soft feel. Also the deep pockets make it easy to put on.

Feels like hotel bedding honestly kinda obsessed with it now.

I ordered a product that was pictured on their website as having a full mattress wrap that envelopes the entire mattress. Instead I received a procuct that only had corner straps. We do not have a thick mattress and they easily become displaced. False advertising.

I order a king size bed topper almost 2 months ago, paid $199 it has not been delivered. Apperently they cant track it, they want me to call the shipping company. I have wasted time with them and no answer, they cant prove delivery even though they show a picture of the front of my garage with my house number (looks like a google map photo) I have checked with neighbors to make sure it was not delivered to the wrong house, yet no package, so i am out a topper and $199. I have asked to have it resend it to me or get reimberused and they wont. SOOOO DO NOT ORDER ANYthing from here. The reviews of the product are not great either i should had read the prior to ordering.

Dark Gray / King . What I received was a thin grey fitted sheet, no joke. If there was a place to post photos I would. Customer service wouldn't budge. Wanted me to send the sheet back to Australia on my dime so they could evaluate the return. They are a scam, you will get crap for $199.99.

I ordered this topper, and it was nothing like the advertisement. It was flat and not fluffy at all. I emailed the company, but they kept telling me to return it at my own expense using any courier I chose. They said once they received and inspected the mattress topper, they would process it. Since they’re located in Australia, sending it back would have cost a fortune. Terrible customer service—don’t buy from this company.
