I sent my test sample back 9 days ago and still nothing

I like understanding what i can tolerate with foods, very helpful for allergy and autoimmune disorders.

This service is not great. I purchased the ultimate plan for 5 people and sent in my family's hair. Unfortunately for me I never followed up on this and they never sent me spreadsheet with the results. I admit it is over a year since purchase however they are unable to provide the results or even proof they completed the test. They said they purge all data including order information after 6 months from the order date. Is that even legal, how do they report earnings to the IRS?

I ordered test in July, it has never arrived, no shipping information, no update, nothing at all.

Really good to know what I am sensitive to. Turns out I can eat more than I thought and stop eating stuff I have a sensitively too. Very through and putting it in use as of today. Thank you

My son had high cholesterol and we learned he was deficient in bile salts. All Made total sense. The whole family takes it early.

I knew I had food sensitivity but I wanted proof and the ultimate test did just that along with some extra knowledge.

I was suffering from acid reflux pretty regularly. I work the graveyard shift so copious amounts of coffee help me through the day. After taking this test I was shocked to see that I was sensitive to black coffee and after substituting I've noticed an instant improvement with my reflux. I never would have known without an intolerance test!

I have a history of debilitating migraines. The test results were extremely thorough and revealed that I have issues with dairy, use too much salt, and am short on zinc. I have adjusted my diet accordingly and starting taking zinc....and my migraines have decreased significantly!!!

Once purchased, I received my instructions, printed the form, completed the instructions, and mailed the form. Within the week, I received confirmation that they received my hair samples, and they sent me my report the same day. The report was very easy to read. I would recommend it.
