Eileen was extremely helpful, from beginning to end. Very knowledgable. She's a keeper!!

I had a major problem as my scanner was not working. Charlie from Tech Support reviewed by system and we discovered my software was out of date. Charlie got the software restarted by getting a new software for the scanner and testing and now it works like it did before. I really appreciate what he did which was professionally done. I appreciate his technical knowledge which got my software working again.

I am very impressed with the way my computers were handled. Gladice answered my questions before they were asked. I would make a recommendation to anyone concerning the work these folks did. I was handled by real professionals.

Amber was very helpful in explaining what this service had to offer. She made it very understandable. I had no idea my computer was so "infected" and now l'm grateful to have this service.

I must state that I am so very impressed and pleased with the entire time we worked together--Jennifer was very knowledgeable and proficient in working all the way through to great delivery of services. John worked on project too and was very polite and knowledgeable and finished his part and was very cordial.

Gladice Wallace was very kind and sweet. She explained all of my computer issues clearly to me and the second technician did all the cleaning. I have Norton and US GLOBAL TECH support for a year. I am very impressed with the service that I received thanks so much. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Just got my computer cleaned free of viruses and I'm so impressed. My first contact was with Gladyse. She was so sweet and helpful and even helped me out with a $30 discount because I needed help financially getting my computer issue. Lisa verified all my info and then John was my technician. Not only did he clean my computer and try to connect my printer for me, he took the time to tell me how to change my background and lock screen. That's over and above service, by all and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
