DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY. I saw their add on Facebook. The wigsand toppers looked fabulous. Their website looks legit so I went ahead and placed an order. Weeks later, I received a cheap, thin hair topper with terrible coloring. I reached out to them for a refund, went round and round, got my cc involved even. They agreed to a full refund if I paid shipping back to them ( in CHINA) It cost me over $45. Crazy but I spent over $200 on this hair peice so I wanted it certified. Anyway, I did not hear from this business that the package was received. I again sent endless emails. So much time wasted. Last week, 9 months later, I got the package back in the mail. It was stamped "Return To Sender" package not accepted. UGH! Now I am out $245. Further, I have seen the same photos they use on their website used on a multitude of other sites. The prices for the same pieces range by at least 70%. So its just a matter of what site you land on as to how much will be stolen from you.

I did not liked the products I bought and requested information for refund. Followed all the process and payed more 15% of my purchase to resend the package back to the shop, following all the instructions provided. After more than 40 days they told me that they can not find my package and the stop answering my emails. Bad products, bad service, not honest people.

The site seems to be from US. The pack initially arrived from Spain, I send the pack to China... all seems a kind of scam!! My advise is to do no use this site at all...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a topper from this site and when I received the product it was horrible! The inner liner seam was showing and very bulky and stuck out. The hair was rigid and very hard to manage. If I can post pictures I will. Please do not order from this company. In order to resolve the issue they're only offering 30% refund or I can ship the product back for a full refund. Shipping this back is at my cost. Customer service would get back to me in 2 business days but only every offered the 30%. Again do not order from them!

Very poor experience here. They falsely advertised a lace front topper and shipped a completely different product. When I requested a refund and a free shipping return label, they did not cooperate and expected me to pay to return the incorrect product they shipped in error!

Placed an order that took forever to arrive. When recieved my order I was very unsatisfied, not what i purchased, Nothing like in description. Tried reaching customer service but the only contact was an email they don’t respond too. Finally after a few attempts they finally responded, And offered to refund 20% of my order which would’ve been $17,and I could keep my order which I had no use for. I told them to please just refund me the money I spent and I would return the items because they were useless to me. So then after a few more attempts to get them to respond the tell me I would have to mail them to their distribution office in China and I would have to pay for the shipping. And I wouldn’t get a refund until they recieve the items and inspect them and my refund amount would depend on if the items passed inspection. It really added to my disappointment with this company. So I threatened to take it to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint because they’re just trying to make it as difficult as possible for me to get my refund which really upsets me because they gladly take our money before giving us our products yet they can’t/don’t trust us enough to refund us our money before returning the items. I just want the money I spent as easily/simple as they recieved it and of course I was returning the items I have no
use for but instead they’re making it almost impossible. And because of their lack of trust leaves me questioning rather I can trust them, makes me doubt they’d even refund me the full amount after they get the items back. Just not worth the hassle , I will never order from this company again. I do not recommend it to anyone including an enemy. I feel scammed because they failed to supply me with the products they described and they want to punish me for their mistake. Very horrible customer service. I would do business the right way and value satisfying their customers and hope they make it right.and refund me my money. And I would gladly change my review but until then, I’m very unsatisfied with how they do business.

I should know not to buy hair from any company online because it’s virtually impossible to color-match. I was aware that China was involved, but I did not do my due diligence and check the return policy carefully. So the hair arrived (3 pieces) and I knew immediately that they weren’t going to be a match. I contacted the company who offered me a 20% refund and keep the hair, or send it back and they’d issue a full refund. They were consistently very nice, quick to respond, and I shipped the hair products back to China. While they were very apologetic about not paying for return shipping, I found out why: we spent $70+ dollars to return $112 worth of product - not their fault, but lesson learned by me. I can’t complain when they did everything they said they would and were very sweet and honest.

More people you have scammed. Why? Is this the way China makes money? By scamming honest people out of their hard earned money?

Thank goodness my bank refunded my money!

1. The base is barely 4x5! I ordered 8x8! On all 3 items.

2. These are NOT human hair! These are synthetic!

3. 1 out of the 3 is NOT even the color I ordered!

I have advised my bank. They are aware of this as I have reported to them this is FRAUD!

Do not buy !! Not real hair, looks horrible!

DO NOT BUY! Product is horrible and looks ridiculous on. NOT HUMAN HAIR as advertised nor do they provide a return label to return if dissatisfied as stated in their return policy. Hair was falling out when I took it out of the bag. DO NOT BUY, A WASTE OF $$$!

It said they will privide return shipping label when i return within 30 days. But They wont do it rather They offered me they will pay 20% of the product and i keep or give it out to my friends or you need to send that to Hongkong by yourself. The wig wont stay on your head . i don think it is well made i would rather avoid

Nothing like the description. Not in the least like human hair!! Short curly mini wig which looks ridiculous, avoid
