Horrendous,

Horrendous,

Booked tickets through Usheru, never received the E-tickets to our email, turned up to the cinema to check if they had the details and they didn’t so we were not allowed to enter the cinema and watch the film we paid for.

The money was taken straight out of my account however absolutely no sign of any tickets, Usheru have also claimed the email shows no sign of any purchased tickets, clearly a very glitchy system and a complete scam, stay clear.

I have never had a problem with booking…

I have never had a problem with booking tickets. My only thing was last time I booked I didn’t receive an email with my QR code on.
Every other time I have so not to disappointed, just surprised never recieved this.
