When you signed me up

When you signed me up, you said I would be the only realtor in the area I requested. I got a call from another realtor that you said the same thing to. Also, I have not received 1 valid lead. This was a complete scam and waste of money.

Jennifer and the team sound very…

Jennifer and the team sound very genuine when speaking on the phone. They did not sound sells pitchy at all.

The program is working great! I've been signed up for 2 weeks and have received 6 leads in which 3 of them I am working with! This has been a great decision.

Scam! Don’t waste your time or money!

Scam! I signed up for 4 months and every “lead” has claimed that they never asked for a call, not looking to buy or sell, and to please remove them from whatever list they are on. Do not waste your time or money! Also, they charged my account again, claiming I gave verbal permission for them to do so, and are refusing to credit it back.

So far everyone has been helpful, and has reached out when needed. I have had a few leads, but it has been hard to reach the lead. I will of course keep trying. More of a review to follow in the future only had the service 7 days. cgl

They bait and switch

They bait and switch. Told me I could cancel at any time. Four months in I want to cancel due to ZERO leads panning out, and suddenly I have a contract with 2 more months on it. I can’t even get any of their leads to respond to me. Spend your money elsewhere.

As a real estate agent

As a real estate agent, I get contacted all the time by companies offering leads or marketing services, and honestly most of them feel very pushy. That’s why my experience with the HUD program really stood out to me.

From the very first call, the team was professional, transparent, and most importantly, not pushy at all. They explained how the program works, how agents can receive leads, and how the exclusive territory works, but they never pressured me to make a quick decision. They even encouraged me to take time, review the information they sent, and reach out with any questions.

I’ve spoken with a few different team members now, and each one took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. They also followed up simply to confirm my information and make sure everything was clear, which I really appreciated.

One of the things that impressed me most is the value they provide. They’re even building a website for me at no additional cost, and they shared a lot of helpful information about the program and how it supports agents.

In an industry where it can sometimes feel like everyone is just trying to sell you something, it was refreshing to work with a team that felt supportive, informative, and respectful of my time. I’m excited to move forward and start helping more people through this opportunity.
