It appears that this company is there to sell but not to service. Got a lot of promises about delivery dates and tracking info but got nothing! We have called numerous times and left messages. Emailed countless times and cannot get any info. I don’t think I would ever use them again and neither should anyone else!

I had a very disappointing experience with USM Mobility after purchasing a lift chair. The chair has a significant design flaw: there's a large gap between the backrest and the seat rest, so large that my entire arm could fit through it. The backrest and seat rest are not aligned and there's a 3-4 inch gap, providing no support and making the chair uncomfortable.

I attempted to get a refund, but the company representative, Mr. Alex, never returned my calls despite multiple attempts. I also sent emails that went unanswered. Overall, they did not honor their word or provide any customer support. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

Very poor, rude and unfriendly sakes representatives. You get a bad feeling immediately when you talk to them so better don’t do business with that company.

Pretty negative initial experience stating with a phone bot that does not recognize simple speech. Then waited for more than 10 minutes through an endless loop of annoying infomercials before FINALLY being given the option to select a call back. So typical of the greedy corporate piggies who have taken over most US businesses these days.

I got to start by saying “I was in a bad way” when I first called and talked to Mr. Timothy Worley. Mr. Worley was very patient with me and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I am now writing this while resting in my new chair! The communication between Timothy, USMedical Supplies, the shipper, and me was spot on! It was nice that everything was correct the first time, item specifics that I wanted, my address, contact info, etc. and the fact that Mr. Worley was knowledgeable enough about the product and shipping company procedures, that there were no unexpected issues at delivery time. This was an extremely positive experience and I would definitely recommend, and do business with USMedical Supplies and Mr. Worley again. Thank you for a good experience.

Timothy Worley worked with me to find a chair that would meet my needs. I was a hard fit as I was looking for specific items on my chair in a specific configuration. I am 6’2” and weigh over 400lbs. Timothy met all of my needs very efficiently and quickly. Then helped me fit into my budget. My only problem came when then were no chairs in stock that fit. And Timothy regrettably informed me that we would have about a 3 1/2 month wait for it to be built. He told me he would do anything he could to move it a long but we had to work with all of the supply shortages. To my delight my chair arrived in less than a month. I will heartily recommend to everyone to do business with Timothy and his company. When I sat in my new lift chair today for the first time it brought tears to my eyes. Thanks so much Timothy!

Timothy Worley is the best salesman I have ever had. I purchased a scooter and a chair from Timothy and I felt so comfortable with Timothy taking care of my purchases. I will go back to Timothy anytime I need medical products.
