Not official website - use nps.gov

I did not realise this was not a government website. You're better off ordering from the nps.gov website, where you can also get a digital card if you're in a rush. Wish someone told me before!

Stay away

I would rate this zero if I could! This website only RESELLS the actual US Parks passes and makes money on it. They don't offer the digital pass (which IS available through recreation.gov) but merely a physical pass that must be mailed. THere's no delivery date estimate and they charge a ridiculous 9.99 USD for shipping. The most outrageous thing is they even prompt the customer to leave A TIP! I don't consider this a fair business. Please buy from the original issuer of the passes.

This place should be shut down

This place should be shut down. I ordered a pass from them by mistake (thinking it was the official US site). They did not deliver the pass for months and did not respond to any communication until I issued a charge back to them. When they did answer, they were extremely rude. Luckily I was able to get refunded.

AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST. They legit ripped us off. Friend sent me a gift card. They never sent it to me. Tried emailing 10 times. No number to call them anywhere. Not officially affiliated with the US Parks Service.

Dont buy anything from US PARK PASS

They lost my pass ( non US-resident) and now i have to pay 120 dollar more (origanal price was 80 dollar) to get a new one.

There fault and no solution. I did not accept a refund but i wanted them to buy a new one for me. They did not respond and refunded me anyway.

Also they did not inform me regulary. I had to ask about it to get some information. James you should learn some commercial skills.

I purchased the America the Beautiful…

I purchased the America the Beautiful National Parks Pass on December 25, before there was any distinction between resident and non-resident passes. I received a U.S. resident pass, which I may not be able to use as a non-resident. I contacted customer support but have not received a response yet.

NON ACQUISTATE MAI DA QUESTO SITO | Stay away: misleading service and non-existent customer support

Esperienza pessima, stressante e fuorviante.
Se state cercando l’American the Beautiful Pass, andate SOLO sul sito ufficiale. Questo sito va evitato senza esitazioni.

______

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I purchased the American the Beautiful Pass on DICEMBER 19, because the site appeared legitimate. That was my mistake: I did not check the reviews beforehand and, at the time, I was not aware of the official government website, which is:
👉 www . recreation .gov

After payment, my order has remained in the status “PLACED” with no shipment, no tracking, no clear delivery timeline, and no meaningful updates.

The so-called customer support is nothing more than an AI bot, which repeatedly sends automated replies and never provides real information or a solution. There is no effective human support.

Reading the reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolated case. For years, customers have reported the same issues: no responses, endless delays, and unresolved orders.

As a result, I purchased the pass under the 2025 rules and now risk being forced to buy the 2026 pass due solely to their failure to deliver. This is unacceptable.

This experience has been stressful, misleading, and completely avoidable.
If you need the American the Beautiful Pass, use only the official government website. This site should be avoided.

Terrible customer service..

Terrible customer service... deserves a zero!
Is this really a scam site?

A month has passed and still no passes have been shipped despite my credit card being charged. The automated Cairn - AI Assistant is useless. Simply told me that my order was placed but not yet shipped. Escalation to "the Team" has not led to any response.

Revised Review of Total Scam

Revised Review: After almost a month and having not received the park pass I paid for, I finally received an email from US Park Pass. They mentioned that there were issues with the mailing of the park pass and I could get a full refund if requested. I asked for the refund and a few days later my credit card was reimbursed. However, due to the wait and issues I missed out on a getting a reduced rate for the National Park Pass.

Worst customer service experience ever...

Wish I could give a 0...worst customer service experience ever. I ordered a park pass and water bottle as Christmas gifts on 12/16…knew it was tight, but my daughter was staying until 12/30, so figured I would get it in time since you communicate 5-7 days. Order was confirmed via and my Amex charged on 12/16…then you absolutely ghosted me. I tried a dozen emails, online searches and even found someone’s personal cell phone on the Amex charge receipt (he said he works for you but couldn’t help). My daughter did not get her present and I spent a LOT of time chasing this. Disputed the charge yesterday via Amex and magically got an update from you today. You need a phone number for customer service or to have ‘The Team’ that Cairn turned me over to 4 times actually respond within a day as advertised. I understand that things happen, but being ghosted for almost 3 weeks is unacceptable.

Pass never delivered. Went through the hoops to "track shipping" through the Shop app and 16 days after purchased it hadn't shipped. SCAM

I think it's a fake company. Never received pass, no customer service, no reply, no resolution.

I think it's a fake company, or they're out of business. I was given a gift card from them. When I click on the link it says 'your gift card is valid, we will send you a new link'. Link never arrives. There's no phone number. I submitted three requests to 'customer service' online over the course of two weeks and never had a reply. It may as well be a fake, phantom re-seller. And now my mom is out $80 on the gift card she bought me.

No resolution to Issue

No phone contact, tried emailing help desk and no resolution to my issue. I paid $80 for a park pass for vacation and received a mirror hanger. I leave for vacation next week and the only thing I received from them is to take a survey on their response. I completed the response and also put in another help desk ticket to see if they can assist with a resolution.
