Honda rubber trunk mat
I purchased a trunk mat based on my car's model and year of manufacture. The mat isn't suitable for my car. To return it, I have to send it back at my own expense, costing me roughly the same amount I've already paid. The product will end up in a landfill. They're slow, very slow, to respond. To activate the return process, an IBAN is required, but I didn't pay for my product by bank transfer. I suggest choosing the product based on the vehicle's VIN. If they recommend the product, they'll cover the return shipping costs, at least according to what I was told.
