Simple instructions
Simple step by step instructions and once the requirements were submitted, it took about a 2 week turn around to receive my passport renewal and passport card. I submitted in the middle of June '26.

They do not and cannot renew your passport. This is not a government agency they just take your money and you then have to pay again for the passport. They actually charge you more than what the passport costs.

I am new at renewing passports
I am new at renewing passports. So, I typed in US passport and it brought up this company and I didn't realize it wasn't the government website because I was overwhelmed with all the information needed. I was not aware that the fee they are charging is ONLY for printing out the forms you fill out and that you have to pay again to actually get your passport. $136.24 is very expensive to be able to print out forms I could have gotten for free on the correct website. Too expensive for the service they provide. Be smarter than me and just go to the correct government website.

This service deserves every accolade I can give it. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, both in the speed of service and, even more importantly, in the quality of customer care.
I received my passport in just two weeks, followed by my passport card approximately one week later. While that turnaround was impressive, what truly distinguished this service was the exceptional communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process.
From the initial application through the receipt of both my passport and passport card, email communications were timely, clear, and reassuring. I always knew where things stood and what to expect next. Most impressive was the responsiveness of the customer service team. On one occasion, I submitted a question on a Saturday and received a helpful response that same day—an increasingly rare level of service and commitment to customers.
Efficiency is important, but outstanding customer service is what transforms a good experience into an exceptional one. This organization provided both. Based on my experience, I recommend this service without reservation and believe it deserves the highest recognition for its professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to its customers.
