US Pest Supply took my money, generated a USPS tracking number, never shipped it. After numerous unanswered emails they finally said they were having issues with Shopify and would ship it shortly 3 weeks later. Never shipped it. Contacted Shopify, they didn't help (Shopify is also a scam). Finally filed a chargeback with my credit card company.
US Pest Supply sent me the wrong product. I have e-mailed, sent message on website and called with no response. The phone number they have listed on their website is not even their number. The person that answered the phone said she gets calls all day long for this company but doesn't know what to do about it. They have zero customer support and poor business ethics. Buyer beware!

This company is a scam. I lost money on my transaction, and I want to warn others. Initially, I was skeptical when I saw their customer service was using a Gmail address, but the website looked legitimate, so I gave it a try. Big mistake. After I paid, there was no customer support—no responses, no way to cancel the order, and when the product finally arrived, the packaging looked fake. Save yourself the hassle and don’t lose money like I did. Be careful and do your research.

Like many others have reported this company does not ever answer their phone and emails to them bounced back. I wanted to cancel my order as I realized the bug was misidentified. I cancelled only 1 hrs after placing the order and they were closed for the weekend their voicemail said.
I left a voicemail and sent emails to all 3 emails listed for them still they claimed to ship my order Monday.
They never responded to my requests to cancel and now I see they have negative reviews saying people do t receive their order and don’t hear back from them.
We will see if my order even shows up. I would suggest not giving this company your business.
