Excellent tool box brilliant value for money. Will buy from again.

Bought a tool chest at nearly £1000 from US Pro Tools, after 18 months within a ventilated well insulated garage the tool chest has started to rust from the inside out.

I contact US Pro Tools via email twice with no response, I then managed to contact them via Facebook (they don't except reviews on social media), I shown them the issue and product, they weren't particularly interested in why, how, or even concerned or surprised their products were rusting. All they cared about was 'have I filled out the warranty card online' (first and only question!) otherwise they cannot help.

Seems like a nice way NOT to honour any warranty or stand by any of their products. If I were looking again I'd go with Sealey or someone similar. This company just washes their hands at the first sign of issues.

Poor poor service and customer service! terrible for a product of nearly £1000!

I had purchased a tool chest with roll cab as a present for my father for Christmas,delivery was fast to say the least but on opening the box there was a dent to the front door of the roll cab.
I contacted the seller straight away and they couldn't be more helpful.
Fast reply and offered to collect it again or a part refund,my father was happy enough to accept the refund which was back in my account the same day.
Fantastic people to deal with and would highly recommend them.
The damage was due to the courier not the seller in my opinion.

I made my 3rd purchase with a 7 drawer toolchest,on arrival it had a very small dent on the bottom but as it's gloss black it doesn't notice too much to be bothered by it nor does it affect the quality or operation..on notifying them,they replied and resolved very quickly..I will definitely be extending my tool range with them

I purchased a Tool Cabinet from this company it came on time, when they said it would, it did have a very tiny problem with it which was not evident until taken out of the box, it was plain to see this was done in the factory when made, and just left, so in NO way was it the fault of this company. I contacted them to inform them about this just so they could perhaps inform the company they buy from, good customer relations.
I emailed them about the very tiny fault and within less then a minute back came an answer, and the minor fault was rectified.
I could not believe the first class service I got, don't even get this service from major companies...If you can even contact them, the persons name who did this is Scott McCarthy

The cabinet is first class in every other way, good value for money, and good quality also, I have no hesitation in recommending USPROTOOLS to anyone. They are on Ebay, take a look if you need a Tool Cabinet.
Apart from buying this cabinet I have no relationship with this company other then this, but I am very glad I choose them to buy from.
