Not gonna lie! I put this place through hell. They met an exceeded every expectation! It started w me using the wrong card, and believe it or not they helped me correct my drunken mistake!!!! Then I read about a seedbank called SeedHub and saw all the negative reviews, and got nervous. I messaged many times about my concerns and would get a reply fairly fast. This is who you want too use, and sorry for making things difficult! Also their packaging exceeds any other seed bank, and I’ve used my fair share! I’d give them 6 stars if possible

I emailed the company beforehand
I emailed the company and said I'm going to send you cash in the mail. I really wanted the freebie they were giving away more so than the seeds I was buying so I asked is this freebie still available? They said yes hurry and send your money in. Well I did that and I didn't get the free seeds they sent something else and told me they were out. I felt I got scammed I could have bought the seeds somewhere else. Then they said they would send me the seeds once they came in, and they never did. I even offered to send the seeds back they sent me. Not very happy, like I said they scammed me to send them the money when I could have just bought the seeds from somewhere else that wasn't going to scam me.
