I made a purchase for two pair of shoes. The shoes that I received were absolutely nothing like I ordered. In fact one pair didn’t even match. I contacted them on several occasions, but they refused to send me send me the return info. Instead, they practically begged me to keep the shoes and to accept a 40% refund. After an ongoing dispute with them, I accepted the offer, only because I didn’t want to take a complete loss and because that’s where things were headed. This place is an absolute SCAM !!!

I have received my order today and looks terrible, nothing close to what you see online. Very very poor quality same as custom . Will never buy again. Very terrible….

I ordered some boots right before Thanksgiving and haven't received nothing refund me my money or send me my boots this website seem like a scam

I ordered gold pointy toe booties on 11/8/24. To date, I have not received my boots. Today is Dec.19, 2014. Please send my boots or refund.

The company shipped the wrong shoe and will not provide a refund. Don't order from them the do not have the items they show and will ship anything.

I ordered a pair of shoes and got shoes that looked nothing like the picture. The site claims free returns, but when I tried to contact them (3times so far) for a return authorization code I have gotten no response.
