Absolutely love Utah rv rentals. We rented a trailer for hunting trip we took, and the trailer was awesome. We didn’t have any problems and couldn’t beat the price. The people there are great and very personable! We will 100% be going back there in the future!

Kevin and the team there at Utah RV Rentals were awesome, they went out of their way to help me with a last minute rental and the whole process was quick and easy even though I probably wasn't the easiest customer :)

Rented a Class A RV, the Georgetown from them for a weekend event. The AC in unit in the cab is not adequate to cool the passenger area of RV, so you need to run the generator to cool the unit. It failed repeatedly. Response from Utah RV and I quote "The generator just doesn't work when its hot." I am no genius, but I think that is when you want air conditioning to work. The trip was a complete failure and we ended up switching to cars/hotels for the balance of our trip. Got a "sorry you had trouble" from Utah RV. They should tell you before you rent the Georgetown that it will be useless as a travel vehicle from 10 to 7 due to the sauna like conditions inside. Do not rent one of these units!

They were very easy to work with, very friendly. Pricing was reasonable and straightforward. Everything was ready to pick up on time. The trailer was clean and functioning without issues during the trip.

Upon return the inspection was fair and they did not attempt to unfairly charge me any additional repair fees from the deposit they require in case of damage. In the end I returned the trailer in the same shape I picked it up in and there were no problems getting the full deposit back.

This company is truly great to work with. They are very kind and the motor homes (we got the 24ft. Four Winds motor home) are very clean and comfortable.
I will be using them again for the next reunion we got to. The only reason I gave them for stars is because they told use we had power jack stand to level the motor home, however they were not. Now I could have gotten over that, but the crank arm to use the manually was no where to be found. On top of that, the stands were held up by metal bands. Once I got those off we found out that the jack stand were not even connected to the arm that raises and lowers them. So no matter what we tried we could not level the motor home. It makes it hard to sleep when your sliding down to one side. And yes we moved it multiple times to get it more level, but hey its camping not al aye an option to find a flat spot.
This last thing is more of a suggestion, when you pop out the side to open up the inside, there is a little 3in step. I can’t tell you the amount of times at night we trip or fell because you can’t see it. It would be great if they could put a piece of glow in the dark tape so you can see it and not fall.
Like I said they are great and I will definitely use them again. I will just be more diligent in checking that everything works. Thanks so much for the great looking and clean motor home.😃

I have used Utah RV rentals on 3 separate occasions. They are a great company and easy to work with. They take the time to go over all the details so that there are no surprises at the end. I feel like their pricing is fair, It's not inexpensive, but it is fair. The 3 different units that I have rented have been clean and well maintained. The front office staff and the yard staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about their units. They are willing to make sure that you know what you are doing before you drive off with their equipment. Will definitely use them again.

Overall a good experience. Everything work great on RV. The people before didn’t do well at cleaning the trailer but we clean it before we use it anyway. Very nice and efficient people to work with. Will rent again from them.

Horrible!!!
Our rental started on fire and damaged over $1,500 of our camping gear and Utah RV never reimbursed us for our rental, or our damaged camping gear! Please never rent from this shady company! Our camping trip was also ruined from day 1 from a terrible smell. I honestly thought it was a dead mouse somewhere in the trailer. But come to find out. it was actually the wires behind the refrigerator burning....which caught fire 4 days later. Luckily no one was in the trailer when the fire started.

This was the WORST experience! In fact, it’s been two years and I still can’t look at an RV without cringing. We showed up on time to pick up the rental but the generator wasn’t working so we were upgraded to a bigger RV. Unfortunately, it’s generator also wasn’t working. After an hour of delays we took the upgraded RV, without power or AC to the back while driving, in August, with four kids, for our week long road trip. We pulled around the corner and at our first stop, the grill pops off that covers the engine. We locked it back into place but it continued to happen all week because the latch was broken. The stabilizers wouldn’t work properly and my feet were often higher than my head in bed. The frozen food spoiled because a breaker went out and we assumed it was the generator issue. There was a major design flaw and we ended up with propane poisoning for an entire day and didn’t know it because the knobs on the oven were knocked by a kid walking by. The detector is covered behind the pop outs so the alarm didn’t sound until we got everything setup at the end of the night and were in bed. Then we had to evacuate everyone until it aired out. It was nothing short of a disaster. And the sewage connectors were NOT the right size for dumping! It was like a scene from RV with Robin Williams. To add insult to injury, when we finally returned from our nightmare, we were informed that there was an additional charge for cleaning the outside of then RV. We weren’t aware that we were responsible for that, nor did we have any idea how to accomplishment that, so we were charged an outrageous fee. I told the manager how poorly the RV operated and how disappointed we were with the whole experience. He said he would look into it, and call me back to discuss a partial refund. I never heard back from him.

The trailer was clean along with the very clean linens we rented and kitchen kit. We had everything we needed.

Trailer was great and worked perfectly for our family. There was some miscommunication on the pick up and drop off times as well as instructions on stabilizing the trailer. Be sure to just get clarification and understanding.

I rented twice so far and the trailers were amazing, the service was great and I had no issues with any hidden charges.

Generally very good. We have used them for multiple years and had a good experience. This year was an exception and hopefully an anomaly.

Communication among those at the front desk is spotty. We had called to set up a pick-up appointment but a day later received a phone message that set our pick-up time for us because they had not been able to get an answer from us.
Also, when checking out the trailer we were informed that it had to be back at the same time checked out, even though arrangements had been previously made to bring it back several hours later.
The trailer was a well-used trailer with no major problems but quite a few minor issues that didn't change the vacation experience but were less convenient.

We'll probably still go back due to previous years' experiences.
