Very comprehensive
I thought the course was very comprehensive. It did take me quite a while to complete it though because I am a slow reader and much of the course needed to be read. It is a combination of video and reading prompts.

I liked the videos
I liked the videos, and the text information. Very straight forward. My only complaint is that the test was mainly questions about internal temperatures that things needed to cook at. Which…. I didn’t realize I needed to memorize the exact temperature for ground beef vs chicken vs fish…. So I would have liked a little more warning on that fact…. And also… I think their info on those temperatures might be slightly outdated as well…. The videos did look like they were filmed 10+ years ago.

Re-test rather than a full course, if regulation has changed minimalize that for people who have had a permit
I don't like that since I have had a serve safe/ food handler permit for years that there is not an option just to retest. I think a direct test should be an option and if you fail then go through the training course.
