Profile issues
I needed to put my birthday in to start the course and it would not let me update it for multiple weeks, I reached out multiple times via live chat and email and sometimes never even got a response, and it only was fixed almost 3 weeks after I initially bought the course. Very disappointed and a waste of time.

I am very sorry to hear you had troubles with adding your birthday to the system. Sometimes that particular form prefers certain web browsers, and we are actively working on fixing that.
When pulling up your inquiries I can see that our team reached out to you a few hours after your first email, but I am guessing you maybe didn't see it. I know sometimes our email responses can get filtered to spam depending on your email settings. It was a nightmare
It was a nightmare. I was toward the end of chapter 6 and everything went bizarre. There were 2 different presenters speaking at the same time. I wasn't able to finish the end of chapter 6. Went to bed at midnight physically and me tally exhausted. Went back on my computer and logged in and it came back to the end of chapter 6 and when I finished that the option to take the test came up and I took the test and did well. Very frustrating experience.
