More awful emails!

More terrible unsolicited emails breaching GDPR.

Have received countless emails from this company. Clearly a scam organisation.

This time, email is from a Jane Smith.

Totally bogus.

This is my third review of this scam operation their useless owner despite being emailed three times hasn't got the brains to remove me from marketing / scam emails.

Don't waste your time or your money on what I fully suspect to be a scam.

They also appear to be writing their own reviews.

After a few emails refining the design specification of my stickers and Business Card. We got to a stage of confirming the final price. The price was good and expected a delivery of 5/6 days. Made the payment via paypal not expecting to see these until 26/27th May.
I was surprised to receive the cards/stickers on 24th May, 3 days after ordering them. That's what I call a prompt service. I needed these for a Model Hovercraft show on the 27/28 th May so everything worked out very well. Thanks Uthara Print, Hope to use you guys again soon. Jag @ Palaform Ltd

After few hiccups I cannot complain about the service received from UtharaPrint. They have always been very helpful and given good value for money. Will continue to use them for future productions

The customer service was great and received our order in time.

Please avoid this company!! My order has not arrived and after chasing 5 days later the team sat in a meeting to discuss the issue. I have asked for a refund many times and being told that my order is processed even though I don’t have it. The worst of it all is that my email address is wrong on the leaflets and due to pressure I approved it, the company took my funds the same day and continue to refuse yo change the email address - which speak volumes to me. The company keep saying the order has been processed and printed - again it’s very difficult to believe for an order I don’t have. I will be returning the order, the company are gaslighting me by saying I’m changing my mind over the email address again this is not the case; my concern is that the company didn’t even know my order was delivered or not and I’ve had to chase it. I still don’t have a tracking order number. I will be applying to a small claims court as the company is also showing on companies house as seizing trading since 2019. People please avoid them, I will release my text message trail from yesterday dependent on the companies response to my negative review. As of the 23rd March 2023 the leaflets are 2 weeks late! I’ve messaged them today and no response. They can’t even provide a tracking number. Can you please advise why you are operating from a company which is dissolved?

We recently ordered the posters and get very good result. We as Luxurycakes4u company in Manchester recommend Uthara Print. Always perfect quality.

Highly recommended. I have used them on about 4-5 occasions in the last year. From large quantities of brochures, hanging posters, standing posters and A4 flyers. They have done an amazing job and the print out quality is really good especially for the posters. For brochures would suggest to provide them with an Ai file so the quality comes out better than PDF which we do now. Delivery is good and Rohit has been especially good as our account manager!

Have pending order for additional posters and very small stickers - I am confident the quality will be good! Highly recommended and will be using them for the foreseeable future.

My business has used Uthara Print on 4 occasions , they have been competitively priced and offered great service throughout.
The quality of printing for 42 page brochures has been great , I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Uthara Print did a 4 page leaflet for us, communication and quote was prompt and the price was good. The Leaflets all arrived promptly and were just what we needed.

I have previously had a few problems with other printing companies, however with contact from Uthara Print as to the printing needs that was required, the service I received far outweighed those I have experienced before. They provided attention to detail, kept me informed along the way with delivery also being very efficient. The printing quality has also been excellent and very pleased with the final results. Before with other companies I have had printing streak marks left on jobs amongst other problems when receiving the final products, however not with this company which is great to see. I highly recommend this company based on the experience received to date and will be using this company for further printing jobs needed. Thank you!

Constant email marketing that I have not requested.
I have emailed them asking to be removed from their database as it says at the bottom of their countless emails, but that has obviously been ignored.

Emails from Joyce Smith, Diana Davies, Owen Cooper, Matt Brown, Stanley Jones..... the list is endless.

Sort out your marketing, if you are indeed using Mailchimp use the unsubscribe button!!!

Fantastic Speedy Service and Great Value for money, we have been using Uthara for a few years now and have never been disappointed with their work, we would highly recommend them to any business requiring artwork.

This companies service is an absolute disgrace, its not possible to speak to anyone and all the numbers on the website are dead. The parent company is stated on the website as Bumboom Limited yet this company is in the process of being dissolved at companies house! I ordered calendars before Christmas and the initial comms were fine, hence proceeding. Its 4th January and nothing received, date promised was on or before 23rd December.
Avoid this company like the plauge as they are clearly a scam - very disappointing - I am now demanding my money back - but wont hold my breath as I guess its very unlikely.

Ordered some flyers that arrived about a month late (after we needed them) and to the wrong address. Communication poor throughout. No refund, no apology. Not even responding to emails (though we're still on their spam list). Avoid.
