I rarely leave reviews, but this was too frustrating to stay silent .This business is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly not concerned with customer satisfaction. From start to finish, everything felt like a hassle.
I would avoid this company at all costs. Not one helpful member of staff in that place.

i was contacted by Luke who miss lead me into thinking he was the "central meter registrations"
upon googling this company there is no such thing.
i was then told my standing charge for my electricity was at £5 per day and my unit rate 98 pence per unit, After speaking to my current supplier this was also lies.
Luke told me he could then find me the best deal and that the cheapest supplier was valda the prices i have vbeen signed to are 3x more then what i should have been put on.
this company are scammers and frauds and i wouldnt even rate them a 1*
