Rude and Unhelpful

Staff keep calling unsolicited despite asking them not to. Staff are very rude and unhelpful and the 'complaints manager' hangs up on you as soon as you want to make a complaint. Staff are rude and not interested

Update, the reply provided is completely untrue. This company called numerous times over a period of weeks despite being asked not to. The latest 'advisor' was extremely rude upon being told this and hung up. When I rang back to complain I was passed to a 'complaints manager' who told me he would provide the complaints procedure and then immediately hung up with no further words. I then called back a second time to complain and was given an email address and you refused to provide your complaints procedure in writing as I requested and refused to give details of who you were regulated by. Each advisor had a very bad attitude, were aggressive, rude, and unhelpful

Felt safe and well advised....

I found Mr James Murphy very professional, helpful and reassuring. He has a very pleasant telephone manner and in this world of energy crisis I felt very safe under his supervision. Would highly recommend.
