Good value demo, very pleased

The demo was enjoyable. Dharmesh explained every feature with patience. He created an atmophere of efficiency while giving room for questions and comments. I felt my time was valued as well as my curiosities and questions. Thank you for offering this service for getting to know the software.

Great support

Great support, very helpful and quick to replied talked to Rajat at their live chat. Also for the other members of the team that I constantly communicate using the Help Desk. Thanks

I got a great support from the support…

I got a great support from the support team (most of all from Dharmesh Kanwaria and Manika Vats), they really helped me to pinpoint and solve the issue I was facing with UVdesk Helpdesk.
They also proactively checked on me to ask how I was faring with my issue, which was very kind of them.
All in all, a great user experience :)

Very polite and helpful

Always polite and helpful and were given supportive suggestions even when at their side technically everything was in order.

Flexible software, quick response

My organisation has used another well-known help ticket system for years. UVDesk is more flexible - nearly everything can be customised. Support staff actually read communications and respond with solutions. A month in, we have moved our help desk seamlessly without interruption to members.

OpenSource support

Extremely fast support, Rajat has supported me with a quick query that has been resolved super fast do to a small mistake that was omitting.
Fantastic live chat support for an open source app.
Highly recommended.

The best free, open-source helpdesk software you can find

This software is perfect for our needs! Beautiful interface, good amount of features and customization (especially with email templates).

Not to mention, the *free* support we got on the forums was just amazing. I can't believe this free, open-source software has dedicated forum members eager to help you out with your issues. After setting everything up, it works perfectly!
